We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and It was an awful experience. First it was dirty and then the second day we woke up with bed bug's bites on our bodies and we saw bed bugs all over the wall in our room. and the best thing is when we shared our experience on *********** they said that we had never been there!!! so how did we get this video of bed bug in your room?

I felt some of the staff were respectful and helpful. But when the toilet overflowed early in the morning, and there was a flood, I had to leave my room early and start the day a few hours before I was ready to. There was clearly a problem related to the plumbing and was no fault of mine, yet i sensed that some of the staff felt i created the problem. There was no apology from anyone.

The hotel was conveniently-placed for access to the city centre. It's on a main bus route and the service is very regular. It was clean and breakfast was good. Each room has very loud boiler systems for hot water which make an really loud and intrusive noise whenever the hot tap or shower are run. The closeness of the rooms meant you could easily hear the loud noise from adjacent rooms, often early morning or overnight. This definitely affected your sleep. We had a very early morning flight home from Ciampino and we had to pay 65 euros for a hotel taxi. This was annoying as the city taxis were advertising the service for 32 euros. I understand that there would be a premium for an overnight taxi, but not double the amount. There is a very nice small restaurant nearby called Boris and there's also a MacDonald's 5 minutes away.

The room was dirty, the breakfast was 2/10. The shower leaked all over the floor and the walls were all dented and scratched and coloured. I would spend money to go to nicer. It was loud at 7am and not worth the money. Don’t believe the 9/10 rating!

That’s amore! Posto carino bene organizzato, colazione giusta e ben gestita, posizione ottimale per visitare roma! Camere semplici con tutto ciò che serve! Torneremo sicuramente. Particolare menzione per il proprietario Cristiano sempre presente 😍
