Fantastic location. Our room overlooked the Spanish Steps and was great for people watching at the end of a day of sightseeing. The Pincio Terrace is a short walk from here and one of the best views in Rome. Very helpful staff with some good recommendations for restaurants to try.

Truly amazing location. Our patio overlooked the Spanish Steps. The room was really lovely.
Downside is no lobby or any amenities.

Cant beat the view of Spanish steps! Availability of tansport to and from airport is an option, Driver of shuttle is trust worthy , My daughter left her CP and it was returned before the end of the day, Grateful.

We have been going to this hotel for years now and we absolutely love it. Best location and amenities! We travel to Italy often and this hotel is a must each and every time! Do not hesitate to book!
