The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

房間不錯 但中國人別來 受到了部分服務人員的歧視。我找了個化粧師進房間化粧 各種原因阻攔 説我必須要重新開間房才能讓化粧師進去 我的化粧師在意大利法國呆了十年，去過無數高點低端的酒店都化過粧，衹有這一家如此針對，並且在我們準備辦理再加一間房，還想讓攜程協商的時候他態度特別差説自己很忙，需要立馬辦理入住，而且立馬辦理衹能算昨晚的房，今天11點前也要退房。如果不現在辦理就趕化粧師走。説法律規定衹能兩個人在房間，儘管我們説的很清楚，我們畫兩個小時就走，我男朋友可以出去不呆在房間，他也拒絕。這個態度噁心到我都想換個酒店住，我想讓攜程幫忙舉報，攜程也做不到。衹能自己吃啞巴虧，並且在11點換崗後，另一個服務員就説可以進去化粧了，但也已經無濟於事了，所以一開始的服務人員就是刁難，有非常嚴重的種族歧視傾向。大家避雷，別定就是。

還不錯還可以，酒店位置極佳，交通便利，靠近多個旅遊景點。員工友好熱情，服務周到。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全。性價比高，強烈推薦給計劃出遊的朋友。

What a wonderful stay at the CitizenM Rome. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is new, modern with interesting decor / art, tech enabled and most importantly very clean!! I felt very safe as a female solo traveller and would stay at a CitizenM any day!!

I would not go back. Their design and operating model is spartan efficiency over comfort. The lobby sitting area is a joke.

I think this is the best place for the money. All the major sites are within walking distance. It's easy to get here from the airport. Just tram then bus.. I didn't mess up and that is saying something. Pretty awesome. Keep it up

We stayed at the CitizenM for our 10 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, who stored our bags while we went to explore Rome. After a full day we arrived late, greeted by the wonderful Daniella, who checked us in with ease. The room was clean and had everything you could want for a long weekend. Newly opened, it was immaculate. We used the rooftop bar, a nice way to spend a few hours, although the self service taps weren’t working properly resulting in us being over charged. This was however rectified by staff on check out. The location was excellent, with all of the amazing attractions within walking distance (as long as you don’t mind a bit of a meander through then Roma streets) We had an Omnia/ Roma card (highly recommend this as a way of seeing all of the popular attractions) and used the hop on/ off buses as a means of transport around the city. The breakfast was a great addition to our booking, this was a must when looking for a hotel and it did not disappoint. Hot and cold selection was excellent and the coffee was top notch. If ever back in Rome or any of the other citizenM cities we will definitely look at booking. An extra thank you for the anniversary card, on arrival to our room it certainly made us smile and set our stay off to the best start!

Perfect new hotel in the best location for all the sites! Clean modern and comfortable! The bed is huge and comfortable with hard and soft pillows. The iPad control is really easy to use to control lights and mood of the room and blinds are a genius addition! Breakfast is worth the cost with a great range of choice! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Overall the best hotel I’ve been to in Rome.

During my stay at CitizenM Hotel in Rome, I was thoroughly impressed by its modern design and thoughtful amenities. The room was compact yet extremely functional, and the shower was a standout feature. The in-room iPad system was another highlight, working flawlessly throughout my stay. It provided effortless control over room settings such as lighting, temperature and the different types of blinds. You could really rule your room from your bed. I loved it. The hotel's central location was ideal, within walking distance to the Forum ánd Trastavere. Shoutout to Charles for fixing the issue we had with the AC immediately. And the other staff was also so friendly and willing to assist. CitizenM Rome perfectly blends contemporary comfort with convenience, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Definitely would go here or at another CitizenM again
