酒店的位置十分優越，重要景點幾乎都可以步行到達，出門三分鐘就是消費街，晚上尤為熱鬧，是旅行入住的好選擇。一家三口，孩子比較大了，入住公寓式旅館還是非常方便的，衞生間足夠大，花灑出水很好，客用品挺好，服務比較熱情。早餐比較簡單，電梯小了點兒，歐洲的旅館大多如此。總之還是非常推薦，下次還會選擇！

As I sit here on my last day at Casa Modelli whilst eating a delicious breakfast on the rooftop, I am reflecting on the exceptional accommodations, hospitality, proximity and overall experience we've had during iur stay here. The staff is so attentive and ready to help. The views of the Presidential palace and top of the Trevi Fountain from the rooftop set the tone of all the beauty that Rome has to offer. The accommodations are spacious and very welcoming after longs days of sightseeing. Plenty of shops and restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the front door. We are already scheming on our next visit to this historical city and know exactly where we will be staying. If you are contemplating, just BOOK IT! You will be glad you did...

Casa Modelli was a fantastic spot for our family trip to Rome. Mariel and the staff went above and beyond to provide great service during our stay from booking transportation to providing a lunch for a day trip out of Rome. The apartment we stayed in was roomy, and well appointed. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for breakfast in the morning and having a glass of wine in the evenings. Would recommend for anyone wanting a great location, lovely accommodations and excellent service while in Rome.

We were 2 families and we stayed in 2 different units in mid Mar. Mariel took charge of our booking, arranged taxi for our arrival as well as prepared our daily breakfast. In additions to the Italian breakfast that was served, we had requested for her to cook fried eggs as well as scrambled eggs for us. The breakfast area is at the terrace and there is only a small rope by the side of the wall for you to hold to climb up. The terrace is simply amazing. Oh yes there is a small lift in the building which is very useful as we had big luggage. Trevi Fountain is just a stone throw away (around 5mins walk).

Casa Modelli consists of a very small number of apartments/suites (I think around 4nr) spread over five floors of a period 'house/building'. As I said, we loved the place and would recommend to anyone, but I need to give a full, honest opinion. So here we go. My wife and I stayed on the top floor, 2 bed apartment. We loved the apartment, the location (about 30secs walk to the Trevi Fountain) and most importantly Mariel, who served breakfast each morning, helped with any questions we may have had and always with a smiling face. A real asset to the owners. The entrance to Casa Modelli, is on one of those typical, narrow backstreets you find in Rome. Nothing to get excited about, but don't worry, the apartment inside is worth it. You enter through a small set of double doors and are immediately in a small hallway, with white marble floor and plain white painted walls, leading to the stairs. Don't worry, there is a lift, so even getting to the 4th floor is easy. The apartment we were in was nicely furnished and clean. Our apartment consisted of an open sitting/dining area and small kitchen which led into a very nice size bedroom all with vaulted ceiling. We had our own bathroom and within our apartment was another bedroom, again with it's own bathroom. Each bathroom consisted of a shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Breakfast is served each morning 8am-10am on the roof terrace and consists of cured meats, eggs (omelettes/scrambled & fried egg), yogurts, fresh fruit, beautiful locally baked bread and croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice and great Italian coffee. We stayed in March, but was still warm enough and if the weather is not great, breakfast is brought directly to your room. So, if the owners of Casa Modelli were asking me: ''How could we improve Casa Modelli''? There is only one thing I would comment on: Remember buildings in Rome are old, but in the back area of the apartment where the two bathrooms and bedroom 2 are located, there is a standing water smell. Did it bother us? No, but we only used bedroom 1. If we were having to use bedroom 2, I'm not sure if I would be writing quite the same review. Would I go back to Casa Modelli? Absolutely! A lovely, quiet, peaceful place all within the bustle of the great city of Rome.

Our stay at Casa Modelli was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been any more amazing. We stayed in the connecting two bedroom. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were the perfect amount of firmness. The bedding was soft. The bathrooms had great smelling shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There was a hair dryer and it was easy to request room cleanup and fresh towels. I had a little trouble figuring out the remote for the air conditioning but after I asked for help the a/c got very cold. We were also able to connect to our Netflix on the tv in both rooms, which was great. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the eggs, cappuccino, fresh fruit, meat/cheese board, and pastries. The views from the terrace were beautiful. The staff helped arrange airport transportation, which was cheaper than other car services. Our entire stay was above and beyond our expectations. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Rome. It was everything we hoped it to be and more, not to mention it is actually less than a minute walk to the Trevi fountain.

We had the best 6 night stay at Casa Modelli. Absolutely amazing place. I travelled with my partner and sister and we couldn't ask for any better place. We got the one bedroom suit and it was beautiful comfortable and cosy( better than photos I would say) very nice staff and lovely breakfast. We visited in November when it was a bit chilly but absolutaly enjoyed our rooftop breakfast ..so peaceful and beautiful. Location is just perfect minutes away from lots of attractions. We had a chance to meet the owner and his colleague/ friend over some nicenwine and delicious pasta and had a great time talking to them which was a bonus. We would love to come back.

We could not have been more impressed with the staff and level of service - the facility is in great condition with a great location

The property was very clean and comfortable. Located on a quiet street off the Trevi Fountain. Dimple was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch and very convenient. Would stay here again. Grazie.
