Liked the convenience and helpfulness of staff and the breakfast provided. Would have liked to see visible staff after 5 pm. The desk was not manned after 5.

The place is safe and quiet. Our room gets cleaned and tidied everyday. Stephania, Caterina and Claudia they were all friendly, knowledgeable, they were all great!!!

It was really nice and quiet. Plenty of space and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt I would stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. However, the shower room was completely see through with a glass door. My kids and I had to find something to cover up in order to take shower. There was
no reception after 8pm which the TV at our room did not work and we couldn't find anyone to help.

It was a very safe and friendly place. I liked that it was quiet and out of all of the busyness of Rome but close enough to it all that it was a hassle to get to. What could have been better was the humidity level in the room (this was a common Italy problem). There was no heat in the room and while we were not cold it did create a dampness and slightly moldy smell in the bathroom.

This hotel was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were so clean and beautiful. Bathrooms were very modern which was nice. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from this location. Staff was truly great with any questions we had. We felt so welcome here.
