Hotel Cervia

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Cervia. Whilst the is establishment is listed as a Hotel Not a Hotel, it’s a Hostel and this was confirmed by Locals. We would have moved Hotels, if we could have found one for the same period, that wasn’t going to cost us too much more money. The Photos they’ve posted, Do Not match the rooms in reality. The rooms are very small, with nowhere for luggage. The Domestic Staff don’t know how to actually make a bed because they don’t tuck the end of the bed in because they use too much for the turn back. The bathroom is so tiny, shower is even smaller (see photo) and despite closing the shower curtain water gets all over the floor and there wasn’t enough space to actually use the toilet, if you are over 5’7”, thankfully there was a Shared Bathroom on our floor, we both used it if needed or tried to find a clean public restroom.. We had to ask for Towels on at least one occasion and for the first 2 days didn’t have a hand towel. There is no Fridge or Tea/Coffee facilities in the room and they don’t subscribe to any TV Channels so you barely get 1/5 of the channels and even then it’s terrible reception. The window didn’t shut either, so with the restaurants/bars close by, we didn’t really get to sleep until midnight or later, so not really suitable for Families. I also have some mobility issues and we didn’t see anything stating no elevator or Not Suitable for people with Mobility issues. Save your money and book elsewhere.

La posizione è strategica per visitare la città...ottimo il prezzo della camera; la colazione è da migliorare, camera abbastanza pulita, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno! Ribadisco, la posizione e il prezzo sono il suo forte. Gentile tutto il personale

Het hotel is voor die prijs zeker niet slecht. Het wordt gerund door jonge mensen en lijkt eerder een hostel. Eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt. Alleen... de badkamer was onrein toen we aankwamen en dat is ze gebleven. Die moeten ze echt beter poetsen. Ook de gordijnen gingen los van de roede. Verder goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Hotel a una stella, quindi nessuna pretesa per la sua funzione. Pregi: Ottima la vicinanza alla stazione e alla metropolitana con fermate Termini o Castro Pretorio. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Difetti: Pulizia in primis. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo notato la presenza di battuffoli di polvere lungo i muri che ci hanno accompagnati nel soggiorno sino alla partenza, non mi pronuncio sui residui sotto le ciabatte. Nessuno ci ha informati all'arrivo che i termosifoni erano spenti e che avremmo avuto bisogno del telecomando per climatizzatore che devono attivare dalla reception, così la prima notte abbiamo avuto freddo. La doccia non scarica, nonostante abbiamo comunicato il problema, fare la doccia é stato un problema per riempimento del piatto.

Excelente ubicación. Buena relación precio calidad. Fácil acceso a todos los puntos de interes Sandra nos atendió excelente. Muy amable Sin duda volvería a ir. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Café, facturas, tostadas.

Avevo adocchiato questo hotel su FB e chiamai e mi colpii molto la disponibilità della signora Sandra, anche se in quel momento non prenotai lo misi da parte per una futura fuga a Roma. Poi questo mese sn riuscita a prenotare e dv dire un hotel semplice colazione minima ma per il prezzo che ho pagato ci sta tutto, dv dire che si trova in una zona molto centrale, e poi la signora Sandra è stata troppo gentile è disponibile, ci torneremo di sicuro.

Hotel storico con camere accoglienti e pulite. Materassi comodi e riscaldate per un buon riposo. Personale gentile e disponibile . Colazione buona e ristorante convenzionato ottimo con varietà di menù sia per grandi che piccoli. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo hotel con posizione strategica per raggiungere le bellezze della nostra capitale. Grazie infinite per la vostra dolcezza!!!!
