Just the air conditioner didn’t work well at all, the room was so warm… but other than that, all good!! Like it a lot!!
The breakfast as buffet delicious! Can eat outside in the terrace, I think is really comfortable and beautiful!

check in was easy and the staff was friendly but the room I book wasn't the one I want and they gave me another room. The room I that was given to me had 4 beds squished together and i did let the front desk know I did get a room change but the bathroom toliet was leaking all night. The breakfast didn't have alot of selections

The hotel was closed to the Vatican Museum. The cleanses of the hotel room can be improved while the luggage room is recommended to have lock or any type of security.

Wifi was not working even though I complained 5 times at the receipt. Breakfast was reasonable. AC not working either very hot or off

Good location and close to the metro which is easy to get everywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than the time.

Good hotel near Vatican city. Room is cozy and clean. Breakfast is very good. However, the luggage room is untidy, dirty, and not locked. It would be nice if the hotel can tag the luggage and lock the room. It was embarrassing that the front desk staff could not locate my reservation using my name and confirmation number. I ended up having to call my booking agency to deal with them. After waited almost an hour, the hotel finally located my reservation using their updated list. I suspect this is the hotel system or staff issues. No apology from the hotel staff but my booking agent was in contact with me the whole time to ensure the hotel resolve my check-in issues.

Acho que a recepção dos hotéis teriam que ter pessoas preparadas para receber turistas brasileiros, tive muita dificuldade na comunicação. Ninguém fala o português braseiro, isso dificulta muito.

When we first arrived the receptionist was friendly and helpful always with a smile. Each time we left and arrived for each days activities there was always a happy greeting.
I had an issue with the in room safe and the matter was resolved within 30min.
Unfortunately we had water dripping from the ceiling near the A/C which is just outside the bathroom, our once dried feet we wer again 😞.
Amenities worked and we had no issues.
Breakfast room and choice was fine and we had no issues here, and the wait staff were prompt after guests completed meals.
