Good location and good sized room. Room was a bit dark as there was no external window. Breakfast was fine with a decent selection of items and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

I was supposed to stay at the Rome Life Hotel in via Palermo but was moved in the one beside in via Milano.
Both Hotels are in a perfect location, close to the station and in the city centre and you can either walk or take the metro. They’re located in a nice neighbourhood with cute restaurants.
The staff is very efficient, friendly and always helpful. They all speak at least English and Italian. Most also speak other languages as well. They really are a gem!
The hotel in via Milano has nice amenities (lounge bar, terrace, restaurant, live music night on Saturday) but would need a little more care on some details in the rooms.
The breakfast is great and the bartenders are great.

This hotel was the perfect location for sightseeing. 15 minutes walking from Termini station, 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum, 13 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, in the middle of everything! The staff were all lovely, the free breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

This was our second hotel in Rome we stayed in during our Chris**as get away. The staff were helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Every morning we were greeted with smiles and orders for espresso or cappuccino. The hotel had a funky mildew smell upon entering. They tried to cover up the smell but was unsuccessful. My son’s room also had the funky smell. The rooms were pleasant however very dark. The bathroom was quite small and lacked privacy with glass sliding door. The vanity was also small with nowhere to put toiletries. The shower slide had dark gunk that was quite apparent. No turndown service. On the plus side, they brought mini champagne and cookies for Chris**as.

The included breakfast was incredible. We loved having an aperitif in the bar before dinner every night. Convenient to everything! Plenty of space in the room for family of three!

Excellent location, staff were very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was. although not very big, perfect for our stay. The mini fridge is filled with complimentary soft drinks and snacks, there’s a charge for them to be replaced if requested, there is a kettle for making hot drinks and TV, which to my surprise had a couple of English speaking channels which was great too, The hotel is very modern and tastefully decorated, it was very clean our room was absolutely spotless just the a few marks on the wall but nothing that I would criticise. The breakfast area was spacious and the waiting staff were very attentive, the selection and quality of food and drinks was fantastic. Would certainly recommend the hotel to any of my friends wanting to visit Rome.
