Fajny hotel z przemiłą obsługą. Świetna lokalizacja przy Porta Pia. Bardzo ładny pokój, dużo ręczników i suszarka, mały minus za brak powitalnej wody w pokoju i czajnika. Na szczęście przemiła ekipa w recepcji zawsze użycza wrzątek czy korkociąg. Śniadania bardzo smacze, warto przyjść wcześniej aby uniknąć kolejki. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Well first il start with the only reason o gave it two stars and that is because the staff behind reception was very friendly and helpful , the hotel is very dated The pictures lie that are On all the websites i really wish I took a pic of the bath because I have no words clearly very old the enamel was peeling off the seal between where it was boxed in was brown and Mouldy stains On the carpet , the bed was well I might aswell have slept on the concrete floor it was hard I had a bad back all weekend from it didn’t sleep much very noisy as we was at the front of the hotel on the 2nd floor room 205 it is classed as a 3 star hotel but it’s more a 1 Or 2 star at a push I know you get what you pay for but it wasn’t that cheap for 2 Nights I was expecting the Hilton but come on serious work needs doing in this hotel .

I only stayed here one night but was pretty happy with this hotel. The room was big, clean with good wifi and an ok bathroom. The staff were nice and let me check in early. The breakfast was pretty good with many things on offer. The location is very good in Rome with many restaurants and sights close by. Also the central station is not too far away for travelling to other cities in Italy. A good choice in Rome although a little tired looking it does the job for me.

Not even on the plane home and writing this. Definitely not a 3 star place. Pushing a 1 to be honest. Came for the weekend for my hubby's 50th birthday. Not even a complimentary drink on arrival. Kept in touch with reception before hand, to let them know it was a special weekend, hibby was 50 on day of arrival. Reception clean but old and tired, furniture in need of updating. Staff ok, requested a really nice room, was told it would be. What we got was a filthy, disability room. Hand rails, extra large cracked filthy toilet, the lot. Bathroom filthy, especially the shower area, massive crack in the floor tiles. Bedroom had stains everywhere including the bed spread. Sofa bed didn't look usable, also covered in stains. Furniture old, worn and tired. It did get cleaned on our sta, but I'd say a quick once over with the hoover. Breakfast is continental, and was OK to be fair. Lady who does the breakfast in the morning is this hotels only saving grace. Very friendly and helpful. Pay her more!!! Will never come back!!!

The room was below the standards,toilet and vent were rusty ,shower in bathroom very small, bed short for tall people,balcony not accessible,the breakfast room is quite small and trash bins in front of the main hotel entrance not a good introduction. Breakfast was good and the lady who ran the breakfast room was amazing!

The hotel was clean, but you can tell it was tired. The AC in our room worked well, but there seemed to be too many bugs in the room for my wife's liking. The front desk staff all spoke English and were very helpful with tips on the best way to see the sights (including a big map of Rome that was easy to use). There were many places to eat within walking distance and there seemed to be a small bar at the reception desk where drinks and snacks could be purchased.

We stayed at the hotel a couple of weeks ago and although the it is in a good location within a nice neighbourhood the hotel was disappointing. The public areas are small and feel tired with old tatty chairs and paintwork which remains unfinished. Our room was dark and brown with a small shower which didn't work properly and a toilet which didn't flush well. The air con didn't work well and our room was hot on occasions. The breakfast offering was very poor with stale bread, canned fruit and no fruit juice, just sugary drinks, cakes and cold boiled eggs. On one day our room was not cleaned at all as the cleaners had forgotten to do it. The hotel needs a complete refurb and could be really lovely given the proper investment. The staff were the best thing about the hotel and were helpful and professional.

Very nice hotel with great rooftop pool if the weather permits. Not located in the old town but closer to the airport. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were quiet and of a nice size. We also had a good meal at the restaurant.
