The place is clean, interesting, loacted at the very top of the building (no worries, there is a fancy elevator too). Staff is 24/7 and amazing, always ready to serve, empathetic and willing to help ad be friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the location is at a good walking distance from the major city sight seeing as well. It is in a state district where all the buildings belong to state organs (such as mnistry of defence, presidetial residence, etc.), so the neighbourhood is clean and quiet at night. In a couple minute walk, you can get to a restaurant, supermarket, bar, bus or metro. I totally recommend!

Soggiorno di 2 notti al top, sono venuta qua perché ho dovuto lasciare il b&b a 3 stelle che avevo prenotato perché era in condizioni pessime. Mi hanno accolta squisitamente, tutti molto gentili e super disponibili, camera molto bella ed elegante, tutto molto pulito, entravano in camera ogni giorno per fare il letto, cambiare l’asciugamano, le buste dei cestini eccetera…completo di tutto, asciugacapelli, campioncini di sapone, tv
L’unico “”difetto”” forse è stato il doccino che aveva il getto troppo forte e lo scarico del wc che non scaricava bene
Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metto repubblica ma soprattutto quartiere/zona molto tranquilla, ho girato tutta Roma a piedi
Per il resto soggiorno ottimo, consiglio assolutamente e quando verrò di nuovo a Roma sicuramente sarà un hotel che prenderò in considerazione 👍

걸어서 여행하기에 위치가 굉장히 좋고, 직원분들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 단점은 시설이 좀 오래되어서 낡았다는점..정도?

Property definitely needs some updating (new paint, a plumber, new mattresses). Hotel only occupies the 4th floor of the building, and took some searching to find. Staff were very friendly and attentive at all hours of the day.
Heater was set way too hot with no way to control the temperature, except to open the window (not the best when it is raining).

Hotel is very well located, just a block a way from metro station and about two blocks from Termini train station. Breakfast is good value for 10 Euros.
Room is big but shower is extremely small and toilet sit was moving all over the place. It should be renovated. Also, our room was on first floor, outside an internal patio, and you would get a bit wet because of rain. However, this should not be a problem during summer season.

My understanding was breakfast was included which was an important feature for us when selecting a hotel. We discovered the breakfast was at an additional charge. The hotel was not very clean, especially the shower. The day manager was neither cordial nor helpful. He seemed to spend all his time in the phone when while guests were awaiting his attention. The night manager was very helpful though.
