Bed and Best

Great location just a short walk to the Vatican or a bridge crossing into the Historic District. Rooms are nicely decorated with exceptionally comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

I liked everything about Bed and Best. The location is perfect, a few minutes from St Peters square, about 7 or 8 minutes to either Lepanto or Ottaviano metro stations and the 81 bus stops practically outside the door and will take you to most of the main sites. Also only about 20 minutes walk to piazza del popolo or Piazza Navona. Piazza Risorgimento is at the end of the street about 5 minutes walk away and you can get various buses from there and there's a taxi rank. Can also get the number 19 tram which takes you to Villa Borghese. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, extra pillows. The photos accurately reflect the property. It's also on the main shopping street for the area with a good variety of shops and numerous cafes and restaurants just off the side streets. We visited 3Quarti a couple of times and can recommend. There's a lovely food shop next door called Castroni where you can get quality Italian and overseas products and their sandwiches are delicious. And Fabio....what an excellent host! Nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile and a positive attitude, and he knows where to find the best tiramisu in Rome. I would 100% recommend Bed and Best as a great place to stay and will be back.

Best place I stayed at in Rome highly recommend, Fabio went above and beyond to cater for me, made my trip as comfortable as it can be, rooms were clean and comfortable, close to everything, has everything you need for the best possible stay in Rome

We (couple, 35-40) had a great stay at Fabio's place. The room is cosy and well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable and it was oriented to a courtyard so very quiet. The area around is very nice (Prati), lots of restaurants and places to go out. It is also very convenient to visit the city, walking distance to the main sites and close to metro stations. Fabio was very friendly and kind, we are very thankful to him. We would definitely come back!

La zona è veramente meravigliosa, poco caotica rispetto ad altre zone, ben curata con servizi comodissimi (farmacia difronte, bar caffetteria sotto casa, ristoranti comodi) e a 2 passi da San Pietro. Camera pulita e accogliente. Host simpatico come la signora che il mattino sistema le stanze, molto cordiali. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

Esperienza stra positiva, gentilissimi disponibilissimi. Sono venuta in questo B&b per la mia laurea con la mia famiglia e il mio cagnolino piccolo e ci tornerò sicuramente non solo per la pulizia e la bellezza del posto ma anche per la cordialità e la gentilezza dei proprietari consiglio assolutamente. Ps. Servizio ottimo

Si trova in una posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro ma anche di diversi autobus. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Fabio gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sicuramente da consigliare per trascorrere una vacanza molto gradevole

Non conoscevo Bed And Best , ho prenotato basandomi sulle altre recensioni e immagini e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, sono rimasto una sola notte in occasione della laurea di mia figlia e Fabio ha mostrato grandissima disponibilità per farci vivere questo momento al massimo. Estremamente disponibile e cordiale, le stanze sono molto ben arredate, pulite e complete di tutto il necessario. Ottima scoperta da tenere presente per future visite nella città eterna

La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro e alla metropolitana di Lepanto, ma in n una strada vissuta dai residenti e non iper affollata dai turisti Le stanze sono ampie, ben arredate e confortevoli Adeguata la dotazione degli accessori Comoda la presenza di una macchina per il caffè e di un bollitore L’accoglienza è la assistenza durante il soggiorno sono perfette presenti ma mai invasive Cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario completano il tutto Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione per un soggiorno comodo e confortevole
