Hotel was ok bathroom needs updating but it was clean, never actually saw a member of staff you check in over WhatsApp 🙄 but the service was good asked for extra pillows and they were delivered the next day to the room but this is also a downfall of no actual staff as had to wait for the room hostess to come in the next day - I thought I had booked a room with a terrace which I had but the terrace is on the floor above not attached to the room and it’s basically a shared terrace for 2 rooms with a couple of bushes between each area so not fully private - location is ok 10/15 mins to train station and metro- supermarket over the road and a couple of restaurants which are slightly cheaper than around the main attractions

With full confidence I can advise this hotel, as I have been staying for a month in it. First of all, I want to note the very polite and professional staff, especially thanks to Andrea! Despite the fact that I sometimes asked too many questions, he always tried to help me in everything! The hotel has a very good location, quiet area, and most importantly well connected to transport. Free breakfast in the morning and free coffee all day! Good a**osphere and WIFI! I advise everyone!

The hotel was clean and with nice decoration, the rooms are small but it is fine for their price. And the staff was very very helpful and kind ! The hotel is near the metro and tram stations! They offer also some coffee and cornetto for free except their breakfast .. Thanks infinito hotel because you save us from a difficult situation!!

Soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni. Pulizia delle camere ottima, gentilezza della signora delle pulizie. Non abbiamo provato la colazione offerta purtroppo. Caro di prezzo per la stanza che offre, ma tutto sommato più economico di molti altri. Consigliato
