This is not a hotel, but rather an apar**ent very conveniently located in the center of Rome. While the building itself is not greatly maintained, we found our apar**ent to be clean, comfortable and safe for our family of 4. Breakfast was convenient and Silvia and the 2 women that were present each morning were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were so thankful for the air conditioning! Because of the convenience the location, we were able to sight see and then walk back for a quick cool off. The only downside was that it was a bit loud at night during the weekend nights. I would def return with my family!

First of all this is not a hotel or a grand suit. It is a serviced room in a old apar**ent block. Good points 1. Its fairly central. 2. There are some very good restaurants within a 10 min walk. 3. The staff keep the rooms clean and bedding changed daily. Bad points 1. We had a major leak in the bathroom which woke us at 1:45. No response from the numbers I had until 7:30! By which time we had a swimming pool where the bathroom was. 2. Be aware that staying in a “serviced room” leaves you vulnerable should an emergency occurs during the night. 3. The lifts are a bit temperamental and when the work are small. 4. Lights are out on the stairs which when the lifts are not working make it dangerous.

Booked this place because of the reviews and was very disappointed as it was the last week of our 6week holiday. This place is not grand at all , entrance was not what I expected with smelly bins confronting us. Staff and location were great but did not make up for our disappoin**ent. Cannot understand why this place is rated so high. Room was clean.

Piazza Venezia Grand Suite is not a hotel, it consists of two apar**ents which were converted to something like guest rooms in the second floor of a very old building with unpleasant entrance. No front desk, no normal city maps. No public toillet. Breakfast is served in the room, in our room there were no chairs. Towels were not changed during the three days of our stay. However, the three women we met there during the mornings were extremely nice and they were very willing to help. the manager was always available on WhatsApp. The location is fantastic.

I have re-read the reviews on this place and am still trying to work out if we were in the same place. The entry to the building has three rubbish bins and is dirty ( though this area is not part of the advertised facility). There is no signage outside to tell you that you are at the right place. Communication is via WhatsApp only. Location is fine but do not expect to find the place easily. One of the lifts was not working. The small shared kitchen area had not been cleaned properly and empty cardboard food boxes greeted us. The advertised balcony for this common area looked unsafe. There was no other balcony. The shower recess was mouldy. ( see photos).The room itself was small. Breakfast was okay but has to be eaten while sitting on your bed. The staff providing breakfast were courteous. The advertising was very misleading.

We loved our stay. Centrally located, cool AC, great service. We WILL come back to this location for certain

I feel like I was duped when I booked this property. It is not a HOTEL it is more like an AirBNB. I am also pretty certain we got COVID here as we tested positive and got very sick the moment we got home. You check-in virtually (which is bizarre). So no front desk staff at all during the stay. The lady who delivered our breakfast was clearly sick and on the third day I heard her coughing on everything. It's also loud outside the building. On our last day we met a couple in the lobby who waited 5 hours because there was a mix up on their reservation and they had no where for them to stay. The rooms are very small not like pictured. Sad that our trip had to end on this note.

Lovely room in a quiet piazza. Plenty of room and places to store belongings. Room well set up in every aspect. Close to all important sites. Breakfast service in the room by pleasant staff. Hard to improve on anything.
