War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für 3 Tage, das Zimmer war sauber, zeitgemäß ausgestattet und bot eine interessante Aussicht in den Park gegenüber. Die Lage ist gut, zum Bahnhof kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min, zum Kolosseum in 20 min. Pluspunkt: der Eingang einer U-Bahn Station ist direkt gegenüber des Hauseingangs. Der kleine Fahrstuhl ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Gastgeber ist zuvorkommend, ein Check in nach der offiziellen Zeit war kein Problem. Bei der nächsten Romreise kommen wir gerne wieder.

DVE is accessible to line A of the train station about few steps from the place. The room was spacious and had a 2 bathrooms. Patrizio was very helpful and communication was excellent.

We chose this hotel because of its location; close to the main attractions for those who do not mind exploring on foot. This meant a noisy road sometimes at night but that is something we expected. Our room overlooked the park across the road. The hotel itself is very clean. The shower could drain quicker in my opinion. The service we received from Patrizio was superb; not only we were able to drop our luggage earlier than check in but he also recommended good areas to explore for food. On our last day, he even arranged for our luggage to be kept safely so we didn’t have to drag it around until out flight was due. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here 4 nights in October 23, had a very good experience. The host Patrizio is a very friendly, helpful man. Rooms are more than ok, breakfast served in your room every morning. Choice for breakfast is very good, quality is top. If you need any assistance or tips for visiting the city, just ask your Host, he will be more than willing to help you. The apar**ent is very near to trainstation, and there is a metrostop directly in front. Across the road you'll find a nice and quiet little city park.

The ost ( Patrizio) was excellent. He waited for us at the property ( I honk it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel). Good thing is that he lives close by. The physical location of the property is not great…. But the unit was excellent…. I thin the area around the train station in Rome has declined really badly… some one needs to do something for the businesses and the people…. It is deteriorating fast!
