ホテルの方が非常に親切な方でした！またホテルの立地もテルミニ駅から約10分、共和国広場からも近く最高でした！部屋も良かったです！また行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

Helt ok hotell i nærheten av Termini. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde firemannsrom og det var trangt. Det var heller ingen frokost, så den måtte kjøpes ute. Helt greit hotell.

Très bien accueillis, chambre très propre, donnant sur la rue (un peu bruyant avec le passage des voitures mais bien insonorisée fenêtre fermée), par contre aucune possibilité de petits déjeuners et bar inexistant ..

What a great find! A fantastic spot in the heart of Rome, very close to the main attractions. The Roma Termini was less than a 10 min walk, the hop on hop off buses were on the way to the train station. Close to many shops, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable beds and the room was cleaned daily. All the staff were lovely. Marco was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience 🙂

The hotel is very centrally located for the majority of sights, main train station and also close to where the tour buses run (Mary st Major). All of the staff at the hotel are amazing and friendly especially Marco, who was always happy to assist with any queries. Room was nice and clean and the window opened out onto the piazza. Although the room wasn’t huge it was adequate for two adults and was cleaned daily. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There is also a lift so you do not have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Would definitely recommend.

A nice hotel in a great location- close to the train station and many major sites. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. This hotel does not offer breakfast anymore. It does have an elevator. Communication prior to our visit was timely. They were helpful in arranging taxis for us and helping us to print airline boarding passes. We had 4 rooms in the hotel. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hall and adjoining rooms. The beds were harder than I’m used to but we managed just fine. One of our rooms was unusually hot and humid, unlike the others. The staff offered to put the AC on for us but we couldn’t really feel a difference where our rooms were and the other rooms were fine. There is a laundry mat a few doors down from the hotel. My one major criticism is the bathroom floors are tiled with the wrong tiles for a room with water and the showers and tubs need some non- slip pads in them. They are the flat texture with shiny finish, slick marble. I am leaving Rome with an unwanted souvenir- several bruised ribs from falling in the bathroom and a 4-6 week recovery. Two other people in my party slipped in their rooms ( 3 different rooms that had 3 different people slip in them) as well but were able to catch themselves without injury.

This hotel was extremely comfortable to stay in. Marco was an excellent host and extremely helpful and hospitable. The hotel is in a great position for the train station and local restaurants, tourist spots and excellent gelato at Clara’s. I definitely recommend. Thank you Marco!!!

Really enjoyed here and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (huge thank you to Rebecca). The rooms were good size for the two of us. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Location is pretty good with about a 18 minute walk to the colosseum. I ended up staying here twice on my trip to Italy for the start and one night at the end of my trip. Would stay here again.
