Under no circumstances should this place be open. The worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The pictures are extremely misleading. The staff does not care and seems to know about all the issues. The toilets do not flush. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs at 12 am to tell the staff about the toilet and no hot water. The room is outdated and looked like a haunted house. The 5th and 6th floor were completely vacant and looked like they were under construction. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. I’m surprised this place isn’t shut down by now. Unacceptable to be taking peoples money for the lack of care and effort by staff and hotel.

This hotel probably got 4 stars. Maybe in 1967 and it never changed or evolved… who knows. But it’s 2022… and yet, you still find these very disappointing hotels, with ancient furniture, peeled off wallpaper, water leaking in the bathroom… None of the power outlets were working in my room. One light bulb was dead. Wifi keeps disconnecting. No restaurant. When you call reception and start to speak English, they hang up. Embarrassing. We had to change hotel. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures. This hotel is a sad piece of crap. Don’t go there.

Purtroppo mi spiace recensire un hotel negativamente quando sicuramente anni fa è stato un bel hotel ma purtroppo ci sono troppe ristrutturazioni da fare che ora è veramente in decadenza! Mi piace pensare che sia di proprietà di qualche vecchio proprietario ed i figli non lo vogliono vendere perché aspettano che se ne vada in pace….perché con i costi di gestione fissa che ci sono in questo periodo ed i pochi clienti presenti penso che sia in perdita!!!! Colazione minimale in piatti e tazzine di plastica in una sala misera veramente inquietante. Sembra di entrare in un ambiente del passato in un film antico. Anche il personale svogliato e trasandato come l’ambiente. Non tornerò….

Hotel fatiscente, forse un tempo aveva il suo perchè. Il tutto è decadente, carta da parati che si stacca, letti sfondati sporco. Per non parlare dell'acqua calda che non funziona, non c'è la tenda per la doccia e chicca non ti fanno la stanza per il giorno dopo. La colazione AIUTO... Non lo consiglio a nessuno non cadete nella trappola......oltre tutto anche cara....

Questo hotel non ha soddisfatto molto le mie aspettative, per il poco personale e la scarsa qualità del personale, le camere erano poco pulite, cibo pessimo non riscaldato (solo la colazione si salvava).

per fortuna siamo stati solo una notte in questo albergo pessimo , molto sporco , tenuto male ,molto vecchio, assolutamente non 4 stelle ma massimo 1! inoltre il personale scortese e poco attento . e a poco serve avere delle tariffe basse, perché in un posto così non ci sarei andata neanche gratis ! mai più.

Hôtel vétuste et pas propre ! Salle de bain avec des moisissures, pas de rideau de douche dans la baignoire, eau froide le 2e jour, literie de TRES mauvaise qualité, petit-déjeuner à l'image du reste Point positif : la jeune fille à l'accueil très sympathique et qui nous a bien dirigé pour accéder aux transports en commun jusque Rome. Le reste : TOUT EST A REVOIR !

Ingannato dalle foto del sito che promuove l’hotel, abbiamo prenotato fortunatamente per una sola notte. Personale incompetente, neanche in grado di prenotare un taxi, pessime le condizioni igieniche, stanze con attedi desueti e biancheria macchiata, letti vecchi e scomodi. Muri fatiscenti e sporcizia ovunque. Colazione modesta e qualità scarsa. Nessuna opzione per intolleranze o allergie. Totalmente da ristrutturare non rispetta assolutamente gli standard dell’hotelleria ma neanche quelli di una pensione a una stella..

Cet hôtel n'en est plus un. Il est scandaleux de voir que les propriétaires ont encore le droit d'exploiter. Tout est vétuste et rien ne fonctionne correctement. Il est impossible de fermer la porte à clé, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a pas de pression ni d'eau chaude dans les douches. C'est propre cependant. c'est une honte.
