The property was satisfactory. But 76°f outside and pool was closed because it was too cold. When we asked about extending our stay an extra night the front desk staff and even the manager refused to go off of their own web site price for the extra night and over charged us just shy of $100 and refused to adjust the price to reflect their own hotel web site price. We will not be staying there ever again

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was, loved the Vintage vespas in the lobby, also all the "head pots for plants". The great breakfast spread-included in room charge. The restaurant was great for dinner too! The salmon and walnut ravioli was outstanding. We were able to walk to 2 coffee shops, a bakery, a small grocery store and a Chinese variety store within 3 blocks-very safe. Great front office staff! Very helpful.

Great location for public transport and some of the local restaurants are very good. The pool is very small and not like the pictures. Hotel is very basic.

Without doubt, it is the worst breakfast I have experienced in a 4 starts hotel. Almost no variety -cakes, cheese and ham, toast and not edible fruit- and the quality of the products was so low: The cappuccino is a joke (milk with literally five drops of coffee), the fruit is not ripen so impossible to eat (stone hard kiwis and bananas), the juice and bread of the worst quality... Ended up having breakfast outside even if I paid for it in the hotel...
The people in the reception should do a course on how to treat customers. They seemed pissed every time you asked for any info and they did not even loom at your face when replying. No manners at all...
The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were very efficient. Almost the only good thing in the hotel...
The closest metro station is 20 minutes walking and there are only few (pricy) restaurants around
I do NOT recommend the hotel at all. Much better ratio quality/price in nearby hotels...

The hotel was really nice. Staff were helpful. Umberto at front desk did what he could to assist us with our questions and requests. There’s a nice outdoor pool too. Breakfast was generous and really filling. The location isnt right by a bus stop or train station which made it a quiet area. It was still accessible to public transit with a but of walk . Overall, i would come back to this hotel
