Perfect location, and great breakfast. Sound isolation in room could be better but this is not critical.
Rooms was medium size and very clean .

Location strategic , 10 minutes to the Metro station, and from rome termini station you can get a bus to the hotel and get off in front of the hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends, originally booked a different hotel but were moved here after we had arrived in Rome. The place was very nice with classic Roman decor, our room was comfortable roomy and had an outdoor Roman bath with jacuzzi! It was great fun. There was a good selection of pastries and scrambled egg and bacon for breakfast. The staff we very friendly and helpful especially Laurence for sorting out a large taxi to the airport. Would definitely return if goin back to Rome .

This hotel is just fabulous . It’s very shabby chic in style and it’s gorgeous. I stayed in room 303 which is a classic room. It’s big enough for a trip to Rome as let’s face it you’re not in your room for long. There are plenty of cafes on via Veneto which is just a 5min walk away. The staff on reception and all around the hotel are so helpful and friendly. They will spend time to help you. I was not sure what to expect when I read some of the reviews on here but I can honestly say it deserves 5 stars and I would definitely stay here again. The only thing it needs is a kettle in the room so you’ll need to bring one with you .

Location and staff were great but the rooms themselves - we viewed two - are not as per the website. Tiny rooms with little or no view (one view was of the 50 air con units in the courtyard) and the beds were VERY uncomfortable - so hard! No storage or hooks or shelves. Where to put clothes when the tiny cupboard is full of the fridge which was like a heater in the room and the air con didn't work! Flashing red lights kept us awake as even with your eyes closed they were so bright! I know we need fire alarms but two lights and so bright above the pillows? I'd say this hotel is 2 star not 4! Breakfast was in a windowless room with not enough staff. The advertised bar was NEVER open. The walls are so thin we could hear conversations in the next room.

Very nice hotel. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast options. A bit of a hike from train station and Colosseum. Very close to Borghese Gardens. Quiet and comfortable. My room was at the back of the hotel that opened to a courtyard. No noise from street.

This Hotel is definitely NOT 4* it scrapes in to a 3* just. The rooms are basic and quirky, breakfast is served in the corner of the room and you have to ask and not serve yourself for scrambled egg or a rasher of bacon or a slice of toast and basic to say the least. No fresh fruit or a limited variety of yogurt. Fruit juices were squash or very watered down!! We asked to change rooms because of a strange noise from the water or heating system and were dealt with straight away probably due to there not there being anyone in the Hotel. No evening entertainment at all, even background music, we had to ask the lone barman to put something on even if it was his phone or my wife's. Staff friendly enough especially when our return flight was cancelled and they printed off new passes. This was our 25th Wedding anniversary celebration holiday, it didn't ruin it but somewhere we won't return.
