The location is not clear
The check in in one place and they send us to a room in another building
It was 600 meter away

預訂的時候我點選了有陽台的，即是人能走出去那種，不知道是否翻譯問題，給我是窗台的，不能走出的，除此之外都不錯，位置確很不錯，地鐵站很近，樓下附近亦有不少食肆，超市十分鐘左右，也方便，衛生程度很好，連床頭櫃底層也一塵不染，職員也親切有禮，電梯特色令我很驚喜，整體不錯的。

This is not a Hotel, is a floor in a building that rents room. I was send to another guess house 5 minutes away. The bathroom was not in the room. The main door lock was damaged it took about an hour to be fixed. There was only one outlet to far from the bed and no chair to sit. Main shower head would not work and the shower cristal door was dangerous faulty.

First is not the room of the picture and the property is in different address not the one said at the add. You have to share bathroom with other people hate that, the water at the shower didn’t drain was a mess terrible I will not recommend it at all .

Not a hotel but they bring you to a separate apartment. No wifi, no blanket (sheets, pillow and towels included), no daily cleaning, not vacuumed, no microwave, no hot water until evenings, and neighbours were smoking. Air conditioner and tv worked and close to metro and Vatican.

This by far has to be one of the worst hotels they check you in at a location 7 or 10 blocks away from where they actually put you
The description of the rooms are all lies their filthy the shower curtain literally was cut in half horizontally the mattresses were disgusting and stained there was bugs and mold everywhere the keys did not work in the lock I do not recommend this hotel too anyone please be careful when booking it's a scam

First we arrive and there was nobody in the reception. We found a note with a new address and some keys. We went to the address and had to carry all the luggage 3 block away from the location. We got to the room and it was disgusting. The AC was not working, the towels had holes, the bathroom had fungus and there was white powder in the desk. I call the manage and he didn't answer. So we had to stay the night because it was already 12 midnight. We went to a meeting in the morning and after that I went to the reception and told them about the room. We tried to contact the property manager both the receptionist Federico and me and he didn't answer. I went and got another hotel cheaper then that one and much nicer 2 block from there and turn in the room to the receptionist telling them I want a refund for my room. They of course denied refund. Please dont book this place for your own peace of mind and health because its not sanatize and you wont get help from the owner.

What I liked was the location, the bed was really comfortable, and the ideal room temperature.
1. I wouldn't say I liked that they sent me with everything and suitcases to look for my room in another direction, 10 minutes away on foot.
2. There was no hotel representative in the direction of my room to request anything.
3. The Wi-Fi without connection in the room, only in the public area.
4. The bathroom is too small, I hurt myself on several occasions from colliding with the walls and the ironwork when I wanted to soap myself (it should be mentioned that I am a Latina of average height)
5. In the 5 days of my stay they never cleaned the room or supplied toilet paper.
6. The room was very noisy.
6. The price was excessive for the service offered.
