Location is nice and pretty. Very calm
The room is old fashioned.
Breakfast is to much expensive for what you got to eat.
I extended my stay because I have to. And I upgrade my room but the was no pressure on the hot water in the shower.
The next night they change my room but the room was smaller than what was my room upgraded!!!
You can stay there if you have to but I think overall the hotel is overpriced

Slightly out of the way, an old villa down a residential side street. We were at the end of our walk on the Francigena, so any bed is welcome. To be fair, the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom rather tired (gaps between tiles need attention), as was the rest of the building. Fellow travellers had a faulty keycard and a leak in their bedroom). Had an odd vibe, maybe looking for an identity, and not sure if it was a hotel, hostel or B&B, which hasn’t had any attention for the last 20 years. Didn’t feel particularly inviting. Breakfast was mediocre, machine coffee, nothing special.

This is a bit off the beaten path but was a pleasant oasis once we arrived. Rooms were clean and spacious (for Europe); lovely lobby; excellent hostess who spoke good English and was very helpful in finding a restaurant. Would have been nice if they had some free bottled water rather than the vending machine outside the lobby. That detracts a lot from the vibe. Still it’s a very nice place.

Nice and quite place. You need some time to understand how to go to and from Rome Center, but the train station is 3 blocks away, so very soon you star moving with confidence.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and was pleased to find the key left at the front desk. However, I really wish the air conditioner in the room worked. Also, the hotel is fairly far from anything in the Rome with your only option into town being a bus.
The problem with being in a remote area is the lack of food options. Breakfast in the hotel is 4 euros for a croissant + coffee or 10 euros for pastries and a coffee. Really wish they had anything related to a traditional breakfast (e.g. meat, cheese, eggs.). Wi-fi was sporadic at best, but the employees were great!

Hotel situato alle porte di Roma, la Giustiniana vicino agli ospedali ma a due passi dal centro fondamentalmente situato in un parco residenziale molto tranquillo molto sereno con parcheggio custodito offre camere non ampissime ma funzionali pulizia adeguata e fino a qui le note positive! Colazione non sufficiente a mio avviso è spiegata male! personale molto gentile molto cordiale ma poco presente in quanto è tutto gestito con codici quindi in autonomia da Bed & Breakfast Come dicevo cambierei il nome da resort a B&B più adeguato alla location e al servizio Nel complesso per i prezzi di Roma e nella media forse un pelino sopra Per chi viaggia per lavoro e interessante ma non soggiornerei di più

Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura 3 notti, l'hotel nel complesso è carino, una villa in un parco privato, silenzioso e tranquillo, circondata dal verde, con parcheggio custodito, cosa molto positiva. Le camere sono spaziose. L'unica cosa che non ho gradito è la moquette, datata, a tratti consumata, credo che la struttura abbia bisogno di una rinfrescata, anche nei bagni, il nostro aveva la vasca con una tendina in plastica e il wc era troppo attaccato al lavandino. Una sera non abbiamo potuto farci la doccia perché è mancata l'acqua, l'abbiamo comunicato alla proprietaria il mattino seguente ( visto che dalle 16.00 non c'è più personale alla reception). Mi sarei aspettata al momento della partenza una piccola attenzione sul conto o perlomeno offrire un caffe,ma così non è stato. Sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza!

El baño es muy pequeño. La ducha se cae y la temperatura del agua no es constante va del frío al hervor. El inodoro está enfrentado al borde del lavatorio lo que impide que te puedas sentar derecho. Imagino que sería imposible para una persona obesa o con dificultades de movimientos. No existe wifi en la habitación. El piso de la habitación está alfombrado
