Propaganda Suites

This apartment is in a fantastic location - about 200 feet from the Spanish Steps on a quiet street. Many great restaurants - right out of the front door on the next side street. The apartment itself is very modern and up to date. Beautifully done.

This is a modern and bright apartment in a great location. Nothing was too much trouble for Valeria and the team. Communication was excellent, we were met by Gianluca the owner and given loads of tips about where to eat etc. We would definitely recommend the Propaganda suites if you are thinking of visiting Rome.

We had a lovely stay at Propaganda Suites - a perfect location for first-time visitors to Rome. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well appointed, and quite literally a 30 second walk from Piazza di Spagna. No problems with checking in or out, and the building’s lift was very helpful for schlepping our luggage! Highly recommended!

We couldn’t find a better apartment for us in Rome during our return to the city this summer! My husband wanted to stay by Spanish Steps and here we are just in center of all! Beautiful Roma Suite , very spacious , quiet , sunny! Elegant bathroom with best , high end cosmetics! We love Nespresso coffees and we had it in cute kitchen , open space connected to our living room. We are family of 3 but this apartment would work for family of 4 with no problems! Since weather was hot last week of June, great air conditioning and quietness of the apartment was a blessing at the end of the day. TV has lots of options with programming plus Netflix. Genluca was so kind arranging first class transfer from the airport and to other location for us. He also gave us all information about shopping and eating places around. Any questions we had were answered, so we felt like we have a best friend we can turn to. We wish to come back to Rome and stay there again. Doorman was fabulous and also helped with extra requests. We did not want to leave! We highly recommend Propaganda Suites to our family and friends. Beata with Family , New York

I stayed at Propoganda Suites for 4 nights in July 2022 with my 2 young adult children. We had planned this trip for summer of 2020… so we were very excited! Our stay at PS was beyond our hopes and expectations. We LOVED the location and the spacious, chic vibe in the Roma suite. The suite was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were helpful and accessible. I hope to return to this suite soon, and I highly recommend Propaganda Suites! We LOVED IT!

We stayed at the big apartment (74 sqm) on the 1st floor. Wonderful apartment , new, very clean with modern luxury design. The location couldn’t be better- right on the Piazza di Spagna, loads of restaurants, bars and shopping in the area and you could walk anywhere. The owner was very attentive and even enabled us an early checkin without extra charge. Will definitely return here next time we visit Rome.
