Trevi & Pantheon Luxury Rooms

Before I arrived, I received a message from Ekaterina. She was extremely communicative and welcoming in her message. I explained that I would be arriving early from a long flight and journey. She said she would try to give me an early check in. It was a good start! I did arrive around midday and Ekaterina was there to assist my check in. She was very warm and friendly. The location is, well, the location is exceptional! It's a busy and bustling street, just off the main road, so not really so suitable for cars, but as I said, it's a 30 second walk away, so really not bad at all. The room was big enough for me. It was clean, stylish and cool; something I needed in the summer heat! I had a safe for my valuables, hangers for my clothes, drinks in the fridge, so it had everything I needed. I had 1 incident in the afternoon where my air condition seemed to stop working, but that was quickly resolved and Ekaterina was on site to assist me. Everything was smoothly run. I had a package which included breakfast. Breakfast is served in the cafe/restaurant just at the corner. It's actually a beautiful place to sit outside and gaze at the history of Rome! The staff serving breakfast were very helpful and courteous. Everything was perfect. I could walk to my hearts content throughout the morning, have lunch and then go to my room for a siesta to escape the heat, then back out in the evening to enjoy the sights again. I really couldn't ask for me. As I was travelling solo, there was enough space, the service was great and the location was equally great! Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Very good location at the center Small room but clean with a nice bathroom and it was warm enough and we had really hot water Ekaterina was so smiley and helpful But the serious disadvantage is that it is at the 3 floor and there is too too much noise and loud music until 3 in the night We didn’t sleep almost You should make the window maybe

So dissapointed! I can not understandf how people have rated this so highly. No sign outside , walk past piles of garbage before climbing 3 sets of stairs to get to your room - which looks nothing like the picture provided. There is 3 seperate keys to use - one for front door one for a foyer and one for your room. None of them are simple to use and the locks go round and round. The had basin has a ridiculous tap the sprays water all over the floor. No milk to use for the tea and coffee. For the huge price - expected much better !! The only good part was the very welcoming lady at the reception ( which is only open for 8 hours a day and is in the hall way )

Firstly the positives - the location is great (if you want to be in the centre of things - be aware this area is crazy busy all day) There was some mix up with our room but the woman who ran the place dealt with it well and said we could have drinks out of the mini bar to make up for it. Decor was nice and modern Breakfast was in a lovely cafe round the corner Negatives - this is a guest house and as such, there is no staff there overnight - which is an issue when guests are trying to get in at almost midnight can’t seem to work the lock Also (and I recognise this may not be in the sole control of the owners) there is quite a bit of rubbish in the entrance way to the building which inevitably meant that a rat ran out with us one day

Absolutely fabulous location right in the heart of the city. The communication from the staff was second to none - so helpful and informative. The room was exactly as the photos showed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone. Absolutely first class accommodation!

I’d never been to Rome before so I was looking for central location close to all the main land marks. This was the perfect place for that. The guesthouse is 5mins away from the Trevi fountain and the pantheon. It is also only a 20min walk from the colosseum. The guest house itself was really clean and the bed was really comfy. It is on the second floor accessible by staircase only. Ekaterina was a great host and was always on hand to ask questions and help with suggestions on where to go, what to do and where to eat. The communication was brilliant. She also arranged for a pick up and drop off at the airport which was on time with no issues. The breakfast is at the end of the alley and the pastries and coffee where really good. All in all we had a brilliant stay and when we go back we will definitely be booked this place again. Thank you Ekaterina for make our trip to Rome a fantastic experience.

Assolutamente insoddisfatti perché nonostante abbiamo pagato € 10 cadauno per la colazione che avremmo dovuto consumare al bar di sotto, lo abbiamo trovato chiuso. la ragazza straniera alla reception molto sbrigativa e superficiale avrebbe dovuto informarci che nel weekend il bar apre alle 9 e non alle 8 come c'era stato detto a mezza bocca, altrimenti ci saremmo organizzati diversamente soprattutto per una questione di assunzione di un farmaco da prendere a stomaco pieno. peccato non aver potuto fare diversamente perché alle 9 avevamo il taxi prenotato in precedenza per affrontare un viaggio. siamo arrabbiati non tanto per aver pagato la colazione ma perché a causa di questo disservizio abbiamo avuto ripercussioni sulla salute.

Perfetto è l’aggettivo esatto per definire questa struttura. Troverete una camera pulitissima, spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Anche il bagno ampio ha una doccia comoda e con l’acqua sempre calda. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere in breve tempo il centro città a piedi senza problemi . la via ricca di ristoranti di buona qualità. I rumori della via non arrivano minimamente in camera. La ragazza all’accoglienza di una gentilezza e disponibilità encomiabile. Veramente top

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce guest house . Difficile de faire mieux au niveau de la situation pour visiter Rome . Les petits dej sont corrects dans le café très chic à 30m. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie bonne . La personne qui s’occupe des chambres est très sympathique et réactive . Par contre elle parle qu’anglais ou italien. Mais avec Google traduction pas de soucis, on arrive à se comprendre
