The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the city. There is also a tube station extremely close by. Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. However, the room had a slightly damp smell and the thin walls meant you can hear the next room.

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday in October. Please do no listen to the reviews regarding a 'scam' you have to arrive on time to meet the owner and contact him beforehand. We had the beautiful room in the photo advertised on here and it did not disappoint. It had beautiful stone walls, a comfy bed and plenty of space. (small wardrobe but we were only there for 3 nights) You are situated on the high street with all the designer shops about 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The location is what made this a wonderful break for us. We were about 20 minutes walk away from the trevi fountain, the pantheon and local gelato shops and food places. The colosseum and Roman forum was about a 30 min walk, but it is a very scenic route passing the trevi fountain and plenty of local tourist attractions. Breakfast was an optional fee for €5 per person and you could have juice, tea, coffee, cookies, croissants and light snacks. This hotel felt very safe as there was an entrance door key at the main door on the road and then a separate door key for your floor and a final door key for your room. I would recommend this hotel as a lovely couple of friend stay, even one child too. Rome is beautiful and location is key is seeing all of the beautiful sites, this hotel is perfect for this.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I'm so happy I didn't cancel my booking the room was spotless housekeeping came everyday you couldn't get a better location the roof terrece is lovely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing I will definitely be back

The location is perfect, no need to repeat what was mentioned in all the other comments. The room itself is “ok” for a family of 4 (with 2 smaller kids) but the name of the room “junior suite” doesn’t matches the expectations: it’s a rather smaller room for 4 persons with a bathroom, and one of the beds is a noisy folding bed. The bathroom is cheaply renovated but functional. The minibar doesn’t cool, the available power extension cord doesn’t work either. As mentioned, the location is great but the street is very noisy during the night. You should buy some ear plugs if you want to get a chance to rest. Finally, you can hear your neighbors next door talking and if they watch TV, you will hear their TV as good as if you were watching it yourself, We talked to our neighbors and their TV if fixed on a stonewall without any isolation. How do we know there is no isolation? We can see the light from the neighbors room the rough the bricks! Finally, we have no contact with the person who gave us the key (to talk about the noise). To finalize on a positive note, the person who welcomed us was friendly, and even though we needed to wait quite a while before our room was finally ready, it was very clean.

FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! BE CAREFUL, it was NOT anything listed pictures of the property. Once we got there we were taken to a different apartment and the guy lied by saying “it was an upgrade” but it was really a down grade from the pictures shown. Broken ripped pull out sofa to make a bed. Not promised what shown. So just a warning to everyone. AND broken blinds, think about it anyone can see you from outside. UNBELIEVABLE

First of all I’ll say this and please don’t make the same mistake I did! READ THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU! It clearly states their rules and conditions for arrival and check in. For example in their rules for checking in is that if you arriba after 9pm there is a fee to pay also there is no 24hr reception, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Saying all that the place is amaZing and the location is the best, everything is seriously within walking distance and we did almost everything by walking. The gentleman who greets you is kind and friendly also very informative of the area. It’s good for families and it’s a quiet location.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great. Beautifully decorated and very spacious! The person who checked us in (forgot to ask him his name) was so incredibly nice and helpful! Airline lost our bag and he went above and beyond to help us get it back! Thank you! The location of this property is perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Camera al centro di roma , a 40 metri da piazza di spagna , con tutti i comforts.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in 4, due adulti e due bambini. Il punto è strategico ed essendo nella via principale tra negozi e vari ristorantini puoi muoverti tranquillamente anche la sera. A due passi da Piazza di Spagna. Il posto è eccellente, anche le camere ben arredate e soprattutto pulite. Il ragazzo che pulisce le stanze super disponibile, ci ha permesso pure di lasciare i bagagli la mattina per riprenderli nel primo pomeriggio avendo l'aereo la sera. La struttura gode inoltre di in terrazzino con divani e tavolini dove la sera si può godere di un po di relax all'aperto. L'unica nota negativa sono le scale per chi soggiorna al quarto piano come noi, perché è senza ascensore ma con un pó di sforzo all'inizio con le valigie poi è una fatica che si può fare tranquillamente. Se dovessimo decidere di ritornare a Roma, sicuramente opterei subito per la struttura.
