Okay look, I rarely ever leave reviews but the hosts of residenza b were amazing!! the space is perfectly designed and flawless, absolutely loved it. the location is also walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Rome! highly recommended ＜3

A very comfortable experience, the hotel is not that big but everyone in the hotel was very friendly and attentive, home like atmosphere and the breakfast was good! In terms of accommodation, the room was overall very spacious but everyone at the hotel was very friendly. In terms of accommodation, the rooms are overall very spacious and the décor is minimalist and atmospheric, recommended!

A lovely hotel, well situated for many of Rome’s must see sights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast with cereals, meats, pastries and a cooked breakfast. Rooftop bar has great views. Be aware it does stop serving drinks from 9pm in winter months. Clean , cool room. Definitely stay here again if we are at that end of the city.

道幅が狭いためホテルの入り口前までタクシーが着けられないのは不便だと感じたが、帰りはポーターがタクシーが着く場所まで荷物を運んでくれたのは良かった。部屋はスイートに宿泊したので、申し分なく充実していてとても良かったです。

Świetny, zupełnie nowy (w pełni odnowiony) hotel w idealnej lokalizacji i ze smacznym śniadaniem. Posiada również przyjemny taras na drugim piętrze, na którym można cieszyć się słonecznym dniem w spokojnej atmosferze. Obsługa była również dobra w większości przypadków. Jedynym problemem był brak możliwości późnego wymeldowania w dniu wyjazdu. Obsługa zasugerowała opcję 20 euro za godzinę, aby zatrzymać pokój, co było dość nietypowe. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z czymś podobnym, zakładając, że potrzebowaliśmy go tylko na kilka godzin, a pokój był całkowicie wolny przez resztę dnia. Zazwyczaj w takich okolicznościach pokój jest bezpłatny, aby goście mogli zachować dobre wrażenie o hotelu do ostatniej chwili. Poza tym, świetny hotel, gorąco polecam jako miejsce na pobyt w centrum Rzymu.

先説最大的優點，就在噴泉旁邊的公寓樓裏，簡直市中心，周圍特別熱鬧，而且附近一百米就有公交站，無論是步行還是公交都超級超級方便。 房間比較普通，老舊公寓那種，會有每日打掃，也會提供免費水。 前台服務時間比較短，得注意入住時間，而且讓我非常生氣的點就是，城市税刷卡直接給我用人民幣算~大家要注意一下哦

The location is excellent, right in front of the subway exit, and there's a bus stop directly outside (so people tend to gather there). There's a supermarket next door, and most attractions are within walking distance (though it's quite tiring, so cycling is more convenient). It's very easy to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum by subway. The front desk service was fantastic – warm and proactive. Even before checking in early in the morning, they invited us to slow down with a coffee (the best cappuccino I had in Rome!). We left early most days and didn't get to properly sit down for breakfast. On our check-out day, it was also too early for breakfast, but they still provided us with coffee and bread. Luggage storage was very convenient. The room wasn't large, and the air conditioning was just okay. Slippers were provided. The window overlooked an attraction, so it was a bit sunny. There's a cinema next door, which could occasionally be noisy at night, but the door insulation was good, so I couldn't hear any corridor sounds. The shower was incredibly powerful! The water pressure was strong and very comfortable!!! This was absolutely perfect!

Buena ubicación. Habitación con todo lo necesario. Limpio y cómodo.

The room was spacious and clean. Very hard to get a hold of hotel staff. No one works there. Felt like a hostel or an air bnb more than a luxury suite

The bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting.  Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel.  Staff very nice and helpful.  Location is great.
