Die Lage ist zentral. Trotz Innenstadt hatten wir ein ruhiges Zimmer. Leider war der Fahrstuhl zu hören. Die Zimmerausstattung war gemütlich. Das Bad war ok. Die schimmligen Silikonfugen un der Dusche könnten mal überarbeitet werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.

A solid choice for a hotel in Rostock -- parking on site; good, clean room; and perfect location near the Neuer Markt. One problem was their computer system -- it took forever upon arrival to get checked in, and forever in the morning to get checked out.

Spacious rooms, terrific bath, and wonderful bed.
Views were incredible. Extraordinarily convenient.
Hotel staff knowledgeable and very very helpful.
Only quibble was spotty internet on one day.

We visited Rostock for the first time my wife and I. We stayed at Vienna House Sonne for 11 days. On our arrival, we met with Sonja who made us feel at home.. She met us every morning to see if all was perfect.. Indeed, everything was perfect.. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is wonderful and very well situated in the heart of Neuw Markt..! All shops and city life at a walking distance. Trams to different part of Rostock were available and the station is at 30secs walk from the hotel. Thank you Sonja H and your staff for making our stay in Rostock memorable…! ❤️❤️ Vielen Dank 🙏

The very best thing about the hotel is the location. Just inside the city gate, close to the old city and many many cafes and restaurants. Convenient to the street car lines and the train station. The hotel itself is lovely - comfortable, well appointed and quiet. We loved out time at the hotel and in the city.

Great service! Close to the new market & walking distance to all. The garage is inside the building and easy to access . Parking spots are generous size. 17€ to park. We were upgraded to a corner suite (Diamond member with Wyndham) upon arrival. Michelle at the front desk was terrific
