Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. When we went to our room (121) it was musty smelling with stains all over the carpet when we went to the bathroom there was black mold all over the bathtub and walls. Moved to second room (123), black mold again in the bathroom. Went to a different hotel and would have rather slept in my car if there weren’t any open rooms anywhere else. Only positive was the lady at the front desk was so apologetic and could tell she was embarrassed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far far away.

All the staff was very friendly. There is no more hot tub though near the pool. But overall it was a great stay, nice sized rooms. Close proximity to all the fun stuff that is downtown Roswell. There is a really good Mexican restaurant right across the way that is within walking distance from the hotel.

Definitely a Quality stay. This location was extremely clean. The room and beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was engaging and helpful. Very good price for a comfortable place to stay. It's a convenient location close to the activities/museums.

Good staff, very helpful. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the proximity to the Cattle Barons restaurant. We stayed two nights. I was very thankful for the two packets of regular oatmeal

Dirty. Bathtub coating is peeling off, the drain-stop is broken just left in the tub, hair everywhere, the toilet is plumbed with hot (the bowl is hot!), and there is a window in the room that overlooks the pool downstairs with a peephole cut into the curtain.. Gross. They gave us room keys the first day that only worked after trying a bunch, then found out next day they were blank (but still let us in?). On way out we stayed at Holiday Inn (which is great and we recommend!) but decided to give this place a try on the way out of town - we regret it.

After the pandemic, the hotel owner decided to get rid of their whirlpool, instead of fixing or replacing it. That shows that this hotel is no longer trying to be the best choice hotels property in this town, as they would now rather cut corners, than take care of their amenities.

The hotel is showing its age and getting a little frayed around the edges: Coffee maker in the room didn't work at all so Christian, the cheerful girl at the front desk, brought up another. It didn't work either. We went to dinner and came back an hour later. The trooper, Christian, had one in the room that worked! Three stars for the facility but 5 stars for Christian.

Front desk staff were so welcoming upon our arrival. The 4 of us requested 2 first floor rooms somewhat close to one another as we had quite a bit of luggage and more which we shared. We waited for about 10 minutes for 1 room to be cleaned and we were in. Lovely cucumber and lemon water in lobby was a nice touch. They expected a bus load of seniors so breakfast the next morning was to be pre-made western omelets… easier than making fresh scrambled eggs. One of our group is vegetarian so omelet with ham not wanted. BUT the bus never showed! Remembering our conversation with them, Kitchen made scrambled eggs instead for all guests. And the price could not be beat…highly recommended.

The front desk staff was great but the room was disappointing. The room was worn but not excessively. However, the room had not been properly cleaned, with crumbs visible on the floor. The smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling, with no way of knowing if it was operational. And, it was almost impossible to sleep because the air conditioning system was VERY loud. I cannot comment on the breakfast because the breakfast area is very small and was so crowded that we couldn’t get into the area. I’ve stayed at many Choice hotels and consider this one off our list for repeat stays.
