While the cosmetic looks new you can still see the back in it's day decor too. Silly looks things like the tub leather chaira showing their age, placement of ligting (no side lights), tub strainer all rusted out and the obvious one: the deodorizer used to hide a smoke smell which I could not smell. There is a creepiness to it in the ambience...who knows. Maybe just me. Breakfast was a to go that consist3d of apple, juice, yogurt and honeybun. I was looking for a bit more substance.

We have not stayed at a motel in years, but the Roswell Inn had such good reviews we decided to stay there. We would stay there again. Very nice property.

Would definitely stay here again! Super nice staff and good location! Rooms were clean and while the streets were loud, we slept great!

Being in Roswell, of course the "alien" theme carries everywhere in town. This simple spacious room with king bed was just what we needed after driving 500 miles, only stopping for gas. We will definitely stay again. Everything was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. We did not take advantage of the grab & go breakfast as we wanted a full hot breakfast before we left to drive another 500 miles.

Was a quick stop as we drove through town on a road trip. Great price for the value, very clean rooms, cute alien aesthetic for Roswell photo ops... little cute aliens on each door and green lights at night. Added extra fun vibe to what could've been another night at a Holiday Inn or Motel 8..

The clerk was friendly, allowed me to check in a few minutes early, got me a room in the back where it was quiet. Room was acceptable, clean. Overall good experience.

Beds are comforting but it is a small town hotel. Only one story, limited staff, but it was vacant so parking was right in front of our door. You can hear the road but fortunately there wasn't too much traffic.

So clean and affordable! We always stay here when we visit by husbands family. The staff arr great and the rooms are super clean.

We found the Roswell Inn a refreshing change from the chain box motels. It's true that it is an older establishment but it has been recently renovated. The interior and exterior were very clean. The room was very quiet. All services worked well. The person who checked us in was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
