Very handy location to town centre. I wouldn't call it 4 star accommodation but it was clean and comfortable.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It's got everything I need. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is very close to the city center. The dog is a bonus! I'll definitely come back :)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location- the place is very convenient for us. High recommend to people who are looking for a quiet place with good value of money stays close to town.

It is a convenient location to everywhere in Rotorua. Only several hundred metres to the mall, supermarket and CBD. Tidy and comfy room! Was lucky enough to have a golden retriever welcoming us. It deserves a pay rise.

We stayed for 3 nights and this hotel provided what we needed - a clean, no-frills place to sleep at a reasonable cost whilst we experiencing what Rotorua has to offer. The room was dated in places but everything worked including the spa bath which was great to soak in after a busy day. There was a kettle, toaster and microwave and lots of channels on the TV including Sky Sports and MTV. We arrived early on day 1 but were allowed to check in ahead of schedule, which was a nice touch. We walked into the city a couple of times but also caught the bus which goes from right outside the hotel. Ubers from the city were also reasonably priced. Overall, very happy to recommend.

Great motel to stay in. Took my husband who became ill. Management we understanding and let us have a late checkout. Three nights in Rotorua and it was a lovely stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good room facilities. Will stay again

We were a family of 5 with 3 children. Executive on Fenton is a pleasant hotel to stay at 🙂 we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, and the room was immaculate 👍 the beds are 👌 and the service exceptional. Thanks executive on Fenton for the enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back 👍👍👍
