Modern gerichtet in alten Gemäuer. Toll. Sauber, freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück, sehr viel frisches, keine kleinpackungen, nachhaltig und regional. Auch top für Vegetarier und Veganer. Preis/Leistung top. Zimmer zum Teil zumindest barrierefrei! Toll. Schöne und ansprechende Konferenzräume und Gesellschaftsräume. Tolles Restaurant (Bewertung extra). Mitten in der Altstadt durch kleine Gassen erreichbar. Parken in der Nähe für 6€/d sehr ok.

Die Speisekarte lässt schon erahnen, dass man ein gutes Haus gewählt hat. Die Küche überrascht dann umso mehr, ist ausgezeichnet und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wer in Rottweil wirklich gut essen will, der muss hier halt machen. TIP: Tisch reservieren.

Ein tolles Hotel in alten Gemäuern. Das Hotel ist im Stadtzentrum von Rottweil und liegt versteckt direkt an der alten Stadtmauer. Romantisch eingebettet ist es ein tolles modernes Haus. Zimmer haben viel Platz und sind modern eingerichtet. Empfang und Teile des Hotels sind in einem neuen modernen Anbau. Bemerkenswert ist die durchgängig freundliche, sympathische und professionelle Einstellung aller Mitarbeiter, vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Chef. Und viele junge motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Hier scheint man mit Erfolg junge Menschen für den Beruf im Hotelgewerbe begeistert zu haben. Hochachtung vor dieser tollen Mannschaft. Restaurant und Frühstück wie zu erwarten perfekt und bodenständig.
