First of all, the room was dirty. The linen on the bed was soiled, and it was evident that the sheets had not been changed from the prior occupant. They did give us another room, but the linen was not clean in that room either, but the floors were a little cleaner. We did go to the desk and request linen to change the bed ourselves. because no one answered the front desk the second time I called. We were also charged a $50 fee, of which we did not know about until we arrived at the Hotel. Not only did they charge my card once, but they charged my card twice for the same charge, and we only stayed one night. After speaking with the manager, Frank, he assured us that the charge was a pending charge and had not been charged to our account. I will continue to monitor it until it is removed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the room and the service we received. We were in town for my sister's funeral, and the reviews had shown this to be a decent facility. I was very disappointed with our experience here.
