Inconvenient if you have to haul a inclosed 20’ trailer. Luckily there was not many people staying at the hotel so there was a tight spot we parked with the trailer other than that it is good.

Terrible place!!! The whole room smelled moldy. At 8am housekeeping was going outside with cart through hallway very loud slamming doors, she then knocked at about 9 am and we told her that we were sleeping. She continued back and forth with cart and again at 1@ am began knocking at door and I told her we were still here she then continued to open the the door luckily we had the latch on so door did not completely open!! Check out is 11 am we told her she just closed the door balcony up.

There was water leaking from the sink when we arrived and they tried to cover it up by putting a bucket under the sink and no maintenance looked or fixed it the two days we stayed there. The sofa bed also had mold. Then when we were leaving maintenance was working on the water pipe so we had to wait to shower before checking out. We had no advance warning that the pipes will be off for a little bit.

Do not like outside doors, kinda sketch neighborhood but room was clean and bed comfy. Front desk help was very friendly and cleaning lady was very kind. Parking needs work. Good stay

Overall the hotel was what we needed for our trip. We were disappointed that the hotel pool didnt open at 9am as advertised or as we were told by the front desk attendant. We only had a small window of time to swim and unfortunately the pool didnt open before we had to check out. I know a pool is a luxury, but if advertised it should be open as that's one of the amenities used to draw families with kids as a pass time.

I had a tennis tournament for the weekend. The parking spaces could have been bigger. My sister slipped in the shower. They need to have something so guests don't slip. The staff were very nice. I liked what was offered for the breakfast.

It was a comfortable stay at the Quality In in Round Rock for the Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only the parking was a little bit challenging in front of my room as the road was quite narrow.

Staff were nice and helpful. Overall, the complex was not well-lit at night and felt a little unsafe, but not incidents occurred.
One big thing during my stay is that I set the AC unit to high all night, but it really didn't get remotely cold during my stay. Otherwise, this is pretty much what I expected for what I paid for.
