Comfort Suites Round Rock - Austin North I-35

Terrible service, awful smells all around in facility Lady at front counter, which seems owner or manager is very unwelcoming

I was overcharged for my stay. Accused of smoking in their facility which is false. Now every time I call, they pick up and hang up. Reversed charge through my bank. Horrible experience. I am available by phone if the owner Patel would like to call me back.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was quiet even though it faced I-35. And it was clean. Stayed for 2 nights. Driving on and off the property from 620 was a bit tricky, but after all it is part of the Austin traffic hassle. Many dining choices nearby. Breakfast was standard for mid priced properties but good. Good value compared to other properties I researched.

Nice large room that was very clean. Check in was good with a helpful member of staff. It’s very near local restaurants and stores. Parking was plentiful and easy. Breakfast was ok with waffles and microwave sausage and biscuits and the usual cereals.

The worst stay I've had my entire life. First, they are privately owned, not part of IHG brand so they don't care about customer service. My mother in law with her boyfriend booked a room for 2 nights, 9/25-9/27 booked a room with double bed suite with includes kitchen and sleeper sofa that sleeps 5 (check website). We arrived 9/26 am to see our mother in law, when leaving I forgot my car keys in the room. When my wife tried to go in room to get our keys, the room card stopped working...my wife when to front desk to get it switch and Front Desk LADY (not even the manager)was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCRIMINATED MY WIFE. She snatched the card and said we were supposed to be out of the room already....(remember room already pre-paid for 2 nights) Front Desk LADY (REFUSE TO GIVE ME HER NAME) kicked us out the property and said they could refuse service to anymore. EVEN THOUGH the room was already prepaid for 2 nights. My mother in law came back to get a new a card key and the lady refused to give her one. She stated that my Wife and I couldn't be there and we needed to leave. After 30 minutes of her not wanting to give my mothe rin law the key card, she called the cops to get us scorted out because she didn't want us in her hotel ALL we needed was to get our car keys to leave and a bigger drama was made, unnecessary There were 3 cop cars that arrived, just to get my mother in law to go get our keys to her room SO we could get our keys. *****DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL***** Worst experience ever Sindy
