Very nice and clean

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

Good value, clean and well placed for the Elizabeth line, DLR and rail services. Check in was easy. The WiFi was a bit slow in my 5th floor room. Poor quality food and slow service in the restaurant. I've had better steak in Wetherspoons!

Hotel quiet Hardly any staff around to help and when you do get help they are all miserable Don’t waste your money on eating at the attached Beefeater Service is very bad as is the food It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for two soft drinks too be made at the bar!!! Food not very well presented Made the mistake of also having breakfast….went for Continental Hardly any pastries, no bowls for cereals, no plates for toast/pancakes/crumpets etc Had to chase a member of staff to ask for a mug to drink out of Most of the fruit salad consisted of orange segments Apparently there is a Weatherspoons down the road!! Wish I had googled now

I stayed 4 nights, during which I slept a maximum of 4 hours per night. The mattress was hard, the border at the head of the bed was missing, the sheets were thick and heavy, which made them fall on the floor, the windows cannot be opened for ventilation and they are not completely insulated. in all the days the cleaners did not come even once to clean. The bathroom was very clean, with shampoo and shower gel. The location is relatively good, 2 minutes from the elizabeth line and 4 minutes from the normal subway. In my opinion, there are better hotels even if the prices are more expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This hotel for a basic hotel which Premier Inns are is excellent. I’ve stayed here for two weeks straight for work and had the attached Beefeater add on package which is also excellent. Staff are all very polite friendly and helpful. No iron? Just ask immediately supplied. I don’t like having my room made so having to ask when you do want is a pleasure. Rooms are what you expect from Premier Inns and was a great nights sleep. Was told when booking in they had over a hundred kids on tour. Never heard them and was advised as best times to have breakfast to avoid the chaos. I asked for carpark side room as was told road side can be noisy. Car park isn’t run by Hotel and you have to pay the carpark company, a little bit of a pain as I forgot one night to do and had a bill by a.m. but not hotels fault. I’ll review the Beefeater separately.

Comfortable and great underground links for getting around the city Clean ,staff were great no problem at all
