Very nice and clean

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

Good value, clean and well placed for the Elizabeth line, DLR and rail services. Check in was easy. The WiFi was a bit slow in my 5th floor room. Poor quality food and slow service in the restaurant. I've had better steak in Wetherspoons!

Hotel quiet Hardly any staff around to help and when you do get help they are all miserable Don’t waste your money on eating at the attached Beefeater Service is very bad as is the food It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for two soft drinks too be made at the bar!!! Food not very well presented Made the mistake of also having breakfast….went for Continental Hardly any pastries, no bowls for cereals, no plates for toast/pancakes/crumpets etc Had to chase a member of staff to ask for a mug to drink out of Most of the fruit salad consisted of orange segments Apparently there is a Weatherspoons down the road!! Wish I had googled now

Great hotel. Got to mention Rija. She's an asset to the hotel. So helpful and friendly. When I was checking in online she waited so that she could help me with my room key. Had a nice meal in the restaurant too. Service was a little slow bit there were only 3 people for the entire bar and restaurant so I think they did well. Once again the star of the show was Rija.

The restaurant needs modernised completely and brought up to Premier Inn standard. Carpet looked dirty and felt really sticky didn’t inspire confidence in the quality of safety of the food we were eating

Iam not normally one to leave a review, howerver I feel credit should be given. I often stay at various premier inns for business around the country and this is by far one of the best ones I have visted. When I arrived there was a few people waiting to check in, however the man on the desk was able to work through que quickly and not feel rushed. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and i had a great view of the river. The cleaners in the morning were very friendly and the staff on the desk very helpful. The staff not only helped me with directions of where I need to go but also provided a quicker route than the one i already had. Nothing seemed too much for the team and i felt relaxed the whole time. I never ate in the restaurant but the bar was just fine for me.
