Lovely resort. The staff were very helpful polite friendly and attentive. Always smiling and did go above and beyond. Mr Manish [restaurant] Mr Pritam [reception manager] lucky and all staff were really great. Special compliments to Mr Manish and Mr. Pritam . I would recommend this resort and would definitely stay again. They made me very welcome and made me join food . Thank you to all the staff and the chef

The resort does not deserve 5 star review at all. I visit this place as part of religious visit and for me special due to my sister who passed away recently. They are all lazy workers. They don’t show you all facilities I. The resort and the rooms are not good. They bathroom was wet and sink tape had white brush spit marks. The toilet roll had green mouldy marks as well. The staff are not helpful at all. The room wall had damp marks and when I asked they said it’s because of paint. Really awful. If thinking of coming here then don’t. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great resort with excellent hospitality , the food was tasty and hygienic , the rooms were clean and tidy with great view from the balcony , the staff was very friendly and professional , i would recommend everyone to stay there👍🏼

The experience in Char Machan was exemplary and excellent, especially for people coming from outside India. Mr. Pankaj took very good care of us and staff from restaurant served us with homemade fresh food - highly recommended for people who are looking for absolute serene, clean and family friendly resort. all facilities are made available and staff are made available round the clock.The rooms are well-managed and very neat and clean. This is the only resort in Guptkashi which is up to the mark in terms of high standards and 5 minutes from all helipads. Special thanks to Mr. Gagan for personally taking care of the guests. Last but not the least, the views from Char Machan are very captivating
