Santa Isabel Europa Park

I stayed in four hotels at Europa Park: Colosseo, El Andaluz and Bell Rock. The Santa Isabel I must admit is the best by far. The fact that it is not as big as the other hotels in the park is already a big plus. The staff, like all the Europa Park staff, are very nice and friendly. The hotel has superlative attention to detail: there is even a consecrated church/chapel. I found the reconstruction of the convent spectacular. The Deluxe room was perfect in line with what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast, as always at Europa Park, was excellent with a wide choice. Also the dinner buffet was excellent and the choice very varied. Spa on the top floor very nice with a nice view of the park, I also enjoyed the pool on the ground floor. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Theming is second to none! Staff are courteous and friendly and speak very good English, Room was spacious and clean. More quieter than the other hotel's on the Europa park complex

Staffel very unfriendly / arrogant; restaurant used to be very good but the quality isn't worth the price anymore; be aware no smoking in the outside dinning area anymore! It isn't mentioned, while you reserve the table, we were told on arrival only. We used to visit 3-5 times a year, but won't return after this experience!

Im Europapark finden regelmäßig Themenabende statt, die wir gerne besuchen. Dieses Mal war es ein Fondue Abend mit drei verschiedenen Arten: Fondue chinoise in der Brühe, zweiter Gang Fleischfondue und zuletzt ein Schokoladen Fondue mit Crêpes und Früchten

Hôtel très calme avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel était charmant et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Spa où nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Chambre et salle de bain étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner est très correct : charcuterie, fromages, poissons (saumon et harengs), viennoiseries, plusieurs types de pains, et un buffet chaud avec œufs brouillés, saucisses, röstis et un chef qui prépare des omelettes à la demande. Cette hôtel est plus petit que les autres mais il est très agréable et CALME.

Wir buchten uns 2 Suiten für 4 Erwachsene. Einmal die 5405 Pedro A. Cabral und einmal die 5406 Vasco da Gama für 2 Nächte. Tolle Suiten, tolle Aussicht (für uns) - nicht auf den Park sondern gegen Kreisel und Langschaft. Toller Sonnenuntergang und Morgensonne/Mittagssonne. Sehr ruhig zu Abend gegessen im Vergleich zu Castillo Alcazar oder Hotel Colosseo. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und waren sehr froh, dass das Hotel Santa Isabel sehr Nahe zum EP Express ist. Nach der Traumatica waren wir fix und fertig 🎃💀👻👾

Nous avons passé 3 nuit en famille dans cette hôtel, comme toujours à Europa-Park tout à été parfait, la gentillesse du personnel et la propreté sont les points fort ! L’hôtel est également très tranquille et nous avons apprécié l’espace pour le petit déjeuner, plus calme que les autre hôtel du parc. Nos enfants ont beaucoup aimé les lits à étages. Ils a plusieurs avantages quand vous prenez une chambre dans un de leurs hôtel, comme entrer au parc une heure avant l’ouverture. Je peux que vous recommander cette hôtel qui est top !

Bestes Europapark Hotel !Wir waren schon in allen anderen zum Europapark gehörenden Hotels außer dem neuen Krasnodar. Das Santa Isabell hat eine sehr detaillierte Gestaltung und hat das Thema Kloster sehr liebevoll unmgesetzt. Das Frühstück wie auch das Personal sind ebenfalls top

Petit séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Chambre parfaitement décorée. L'ambiance Monastère est superbement visible partout.. Petit déjeuner varié est très bon. Si vous devez allez au parc je vous conseille cet hôtel. L'entrée d'Europa park est à 1 ou 2 minutes à pied. Vraiment agréable. Personnel au top
