The hostess was so kind and welcoming. The location was convenient for after a concert at Black Oak Amp. Simple accomodations, but we had what we needed and slept very well!

Nice enough place You get what you pay for... Towels had blue stains, chairs and carpet were filthy... Bed was comfortable... Pool was small but well kept... Staff was nice and the rate was good.... Overall not really a bad place Just could use some more attention to details.

A close hotel to Black Oak Ampitheater. Owner is a genuinely nice person, but was short on staff.

It was affordable to stay. It's close to the attractions which made getting around easy.
There were not that many diners nearby but I brought my food and drinks so it didn't make an issue.
They have a pool but it was closed for cleaning so I couldn't take a dive.

This is a great little gem in Branson West. The owner is wonderful, the property is well maintained and very clean. It's an older motel, but very well kept.

We chose this location so we could visit Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. Friendly staff, room was older but really very clean. They have swimming pool which looked crystal clear but we didn't jump in because it was a little early in the season. It's a good place for a night or two. Note: no hairdryer in room, plan accordingly!

Good location for seeing the sights. Host was helpful with placess to eat close. Room was clean and he road noise was minimal the night we stayed.

It was good for a motel in very rural Mo. Staff was very helpful. No coke machine, etc. But it was adequate for a one night stay.
