+ czyste pokoje + smaczne jedzenie + dobre alkohole + blisko plaża + animacje dla dorosłych bardzo interesujące + animatorzy opiekuję się dziećmi, dodatkowo wieczorem zabierają na plac zabaw umiejscowiony za sceną do animacji dając spokój rodzicom i pozostałym gościom + miła obsługa + oznaczenie w menu co wchodzi w skład allinclusive + porozklejane QR kody przenoszące do menu baru - pokój z widokiem na basen wiąże się z muzyką do 23:00 - ostatniego dnia pobytu po zdaniu pokoju hotelowego - wzmożona kontrola czy aby na pewno wszyscy mamy opaski allinclusive, tak jakbyśmy próbowali oszukać obsługę

This was our first stay in the Marfil Playa and I can honestly say we will definitely return. On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff . 10 euro deposit for our safe which we got back on checking out and handing the safe key back. The hotel shines and is kept very clean. Food was very nice and always something that we liked. Restaurant staff were very good and attentive. Bar staff excellent and waiter service. Added bonus of indoor pool which we made use of as outdoor pool little chilly in April. We had room 517 with a lovely side sea view. Beach short walk away and beautiful white sand. Plenty of gift shops and small spa supermarkets on hand a short walk from hotel. A very relaxing break for us both. Thanks to all the staff at this hotel we hope to see you again when we return. 🌞

Having stayed in four of the Hipotels group in Sa Coma over the years Marfil Playa is by far the best. Modern rooms with comfy beds, plenty of storage space and cleaned daily by friendly hard working maids who keep the hotel spotlessly clean throughout.Reception guys always helpful, happy to give info on events happening in surrounding areas. In the restaurant there is plenty of choice and the food is cooked perfectly and again from kitchen to waiting staff, smiling always. Plenty of sun beds and parasols around the pool with a life guard on duty. The bar area is relaxing with again lovely happy staff. As you can see we loved this hotel, did not find any faults, had a perfectly relaxing week and will be returning.

Really liked this hotel. Clean, well kept, comfortable and friendly. We stayed half board and the food was lovely. Of course breakfast is pretty much the same basis each day but there is more than enormously that choice! Dinner was always varied and again plenty of choice. Always fresh and hot! Rooms were comfortable and even a mini fridge which is amazing for cold drinks in the heat. Staff friendly. Pool was good, warm in the hot July months. There is a separate sun bathing deck away from the pool. Entertainment team are really good. They encourage but don’t push. Hubby had a hot stone massage on site which he enjoyed. Luckily as it was over 30c at night when we were there the air conditioning could be used in the rooms when needed and the dining hall and bar were cool. They are an energy saving hotel though and you cannot use air con under 27c. This might not suit everyone so be aware.

This was a great hotel with great staff. It’s very clean and the food is very good. We went as as a family and there is always something to do. Kids absolutely loved the entertainment and the mini disco. Drinks are not watered down like in the Caribbean. Location is phenomenal and you just rent a car and explore Mallorca. This is one of my favourite destinations and I’ve traveled quite a lot. Highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful, pool is lovely, food is delicious, rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Staff are really nice and attentive, they do not favour Germans as other reviews have said. Dani, one of the bar staff is so lovely! They don’t want you to lift a finger and are always ready to get you a drink. The only thing I’d say is to have better entertainment. 2 nights out of 6 were good but the other nights weren’t great. Hotel is 3 minute walk to the beach. Where the sea is warm and clean. All in all, a great holiday. Really happy with everything and would 100% recommend.

Very good hotel, very welcoming and everywhere was very clean. There was a wide choice of food to suit every taste, I would imagine and usually plenty of it and if they run out of one thing there is plenty of alternatives. Plenty of sun beds to go around, even though the towels go down quite early. We were not very impressed by the evening entertainment, but as we were only half board, we were able to go elsewhere to avoid it. My only suggestion would be to provide a kettle and tea and coffee in the rooms.

It was amazing. They were very kind. It was clean. The wide selection of food was magical and the service was attentive to everything. We had a problem that we did not get the room that we had chosen, because based on the pictures we chose a sea view, for which we also paid extra money, unfortunately it was a big disappoin**ent because the advertised photo had nothing to do with the chosen one to our room. We got a half sea view room. we did not complain, but the next time this happens again, we will let you know. I am attaching a photo that shows why we were disappointed. So we didn't get what we expected for our money. 4-star hotel, but the rooms could use a little renovation and modernization.

Brilliant stay in Hotel Marfil Playa. We stayed for 7 days at the beginning of October this year. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, lovely clean well maintained comfortable rooms (we stayed on 6th floor seaview) Excellent buffet, food was hot and very varied and a lot was suitable for people with gluten intolerance and Coeliac Disease,( I was given advice on the foods available) you just needed to ask in the morning and they would bring out a variety of breakfast items. I heated the croissant and bread roll in the microwave as they were pre packed although a separate toaster would have been nice to make toast. Swimming pool was lovely and a huge sun terrace was available for people to get away from the pool area. Loved it we’re definitely going to go back.
