Отель хороший, но у нас номер был на первом этаже с не самым лучшим видом. Были проблемы с администрацией из-за того, что нас забыли забрать на ресепшен на фултдэй сафари(( два часа простояли на ресепшен и потеряли возможность увидеть утренний променаж животных

The resort being right by the main entrance to Kruger National Park makes it a great spot to book safari tours of the park.
Dining was fine, but would benefit from more selections à la carte.

2nd time visiting this hotel. Its next to Kruger Gate. The river view is lovely and the Lapa restaurant has a great African charm with a wonderful buffet.

Great family-/child-friendly hotel adjacent to Kruger Gate, making it super convenient for safaris (5am departure = 530am wildlife sightings!). Pool view is stunning, and a further kids pool make it pleasant and entertaining for kids. Staff were super attentive to ensure our stay was pleasant! The dinner buffet was incredible!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food is all inclusive type of food, and also not what you ordered. The staff struggled to make specialty drinks..

Unreal hospitality and staff are amazing. This is our second year we’ve been and we will be coming again making it a third time.
Game drives are spectacular as well! Worth every penny!

The service was good. The buffet meals went from amazing the first night to just okay by the third night. Room was very old and felt damp. New section is much nicer.

Service was paramount at this unique hotel. Though their first evening park tour was sold out, the rest of my family were able to go on an early morning tour of Kruger National Park
