It was very dirty floor and tub. One could not walk barefoot on dirty floor that needed mopping. Didn’t use tub because it was dirty as it was not wipe down or sanitize. Also, someone came very early to knocked on a few rooms including our saying housekeeping. That was very unprofessional because the hire should be able to see if we had left or not. The housekeeping woke us up when we did not ask for a wake-up call service.

Something that is understandable but would’ve been nice to know that’s there’s a $100 charge when you check in. It can take up to 5-7 days to get that money back.. If there was no damages. My room was clean and nice. There was no damages and hope on seeing my $100 back in a few days

酒店在市中心，但是比較老了，房間和前台在不同的樓。總體還是可以的，早餐的選擇非常少。適合商務出差住宿。

They were so rude n non helping nor could I even get how to get to my room from the corner lady . Plus she didn't make the couple in front on me no deposit but then my turn n she def got a deposit of me then returned the next day so I couldn't re rent the room. I seriously will not rent a room there again. Plus dead bugs n room.

The hotel stay was fine - it was actually very quiet, which was nice.
The toilet tank was cracked and there were stains in the tub - but overall the room was clean.
While I was here for personal reasons, I did need to get on some meetings for work, on the morning I was checking out. I called the front desk and confirmed that check-out was 11am. That was perfect because my meeting was going to finish around that time.
However, from about 9am on, I kept hearing the housekeeping staff going back and forth in front of my door. It was very distracting and frustrating. At 10:45am, one of the staff knocked on my door - I asked if I could at least have 5 minutes? (keeping in mind, checkout is 11) I was out the door at 10:50am - and outside there was a man (manager?) standing there watching me and was walking the parking lot to make sure I left. VERY disconcerting.....
