Mold in bathroom, noisy the people on top of our room were loud all night I didn’t get now sleep. I called the front office and they didn’t do anything about it! I wanted to cry!

The person at the desk said she couldn’t give me a receipt or any type of paperwork at all because the reservation was made under a third party. She said only ******* was able to send me a receipt and that she would notify them to do so that morning. It’s the end of the day now and still no receipt. That’s not acceptable and I’m never staying here again. There was mold in the shower and everything was really run down. People were randomly yelling outside of the room. It didn’t feel like a safe place to stay.
