Room service was excellent. Room was aspacious

The staff at besara guest house was very hospitable ) they offered me masala chai. I called to ask if they had a hair dryer in the room, and they went out and found one for me to use. I would absolutely stay here again.

no drinking water
if the room is not comfortable you can't change otherwise they charge extra. The room was not cleaned properly

The entry was so narrow and hence extremely difficult for elderly people to enter. The steps were very steep. The room was dirty and unkept. The washroom was filthy as well. Quite disappointed.

Staff is very good and it's a nice place to stay in budget i have been here for 2 nights i have tried both ac and non-ac rooms and both of them were very good.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was cordial and amicable. Parking was spacious to park our suv. I would recommend staying here if visiting again.
