Staff was very nice and lobby and rooms are very nice. Under renovations and the king suite with jetted tub was not available and was downgraded to 2 double beds with only a shower. They were generous in their offer of a discount for inconvenience. Sauna and fitness rooms not open because of renovations. Thought to maybe at least enjoy the hot tub but was not filled with water!

Whatever happened to the idea of customer service? We were not able to be given the room type we reserved. Instead of truthfully saying that two floors of the hotel are under construction, we were told they tried to contact us about the change but our phone was disconnected. The assigned room was large but the bed was a back breaker and there was no window that would open for a hint of fresh air. The remodeled hotel will be very nice but until then, the unappreciated customer has many other good choices. At checkout, the receptionist said nothing.

We had reserved a king room but due to construction on 2 of the floors we were told they didn’t have that size room. They did let us cancel and refunded us for the room. Then we had to find another hotel. They also told us construction would start between 7 am and 7:30 am in the morning.

Very clean, friendly, pool area is great and just steps to the beach. So many restaurants in walking distance. Staff were wonderful. Have stayed here many times and will continue to.

Slowly losing its spark. Had house keeping bust into my room unannounced and a scowling employee “greeting” me to let me know someone would be with me. (Eventually)

It was under construction and the floor above us was pounding in the early morning and no water pressure in the shower.

Under construction, we did not find out until we showed up at the door. They did not offer to set us up in another property. The noise was excessive. We complained and then the Manager said he could have set us up in another one of their properties. The manager was no help at all.

Even though extensive renovations underway on upper floors, our first floor room was clean, and quiet.
Desk staff was excellent in answering any of our concerns or questions.
