The staff is amazing! Courteous and helpful. The property is clean and beds comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. The desk staff helped us get the most out of our trip with guidance on what to see and where to dine.

Was very good. Service was excellent. Front desk gave great recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was good.
Location is great for St George street, fort and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was not that clean. Also the breakfast was terrible. You had to cook your own breakfast and the eggs were patties that you had to heat up. Long lines waiting to cook your breakfast. The set up was not good. They should have the breakfast cooked already in a buffet style so guests can just serve themselves.

Hotel is new and clean but they did not give me the room type I paid for and when I questioned them, they offered no explanation except to say they gave me “an upgrade” which was to a handicapped room which should have been made available to someone who actually needed it and for me was not an upgrade
There are other nice hotels in the same area so I will not be staying here again

First off, Dante (apologoes if spelled incorrectly), but he was THE BEST!! He offered tips and restaurant ideas, and even helped me help Santa when Santa forgot the gift tags and he tried to help me out.
The cons were tho that the floors were actual floors and seemed quite dirty/dusty. The doors/walls did not hide noise and when the people across the hall returned for the night it was constant slamming doors that travelled sound into our room. The outside was quiet which was nice
