Hyatt Place St Augustine/Vilano Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Amazing stay, brand new property with very confortable rooms, breakfast was delicious! Service was top tier, will stay again in the summer!

Very clean rooms, hallway, property. Super friendly, helpful professional staff especially Amber, front desk staff in the evening. Very attentive and quick to address disruptive rude guest. Excellent breakfast too!

Recently, I stayed at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made check-in effortless. The hotel has a modern decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that continued throughout. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. A comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The breakfast buffet, with its diverse and delicious options, stood out. Impressive amenities included a well-equipped fitness center and pool. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene was commendable. What truly sets Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach apart is its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, from the concierge to the front desk team maintaining perfection. Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach exceeded my expectations. It's a haven of comfort, and hospitality. For an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Hyatt Place. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and experience the magic once again.

Wonderful Hotel, staff very friendly, I had a room with a balcony, but the balcony was at the pool deck level, that means that when I open my sliding door, I had the pool chairs in front of my balcony, and I had to keep the black out closed, because whoever was in the pool could see inside my room. There is a valet parking for $25 but there was a lot of spaces to park on the street, even though in front of the hotel, when you could park for free I will give them a 10 anyway

Was not happy that you had to pay $25 per day for valet parking…you have a garage, let people self park. We were told when we called, you can park on the street, but when we got there, they said there was a new city ordinance that you can’t park on the street overnight, although there were no signs on the street. Other hotels in the area have free parking for their guests. The girl that checked us in was not friendly, but the lady at night was very friendly. They only have one elevator in the hotel and our room was at the far other end from the hotel and I was traveling with disabled family members. The restaurant on the rooftop was closed after the first day we got there. The lobby hotel was good, but extremely overpriced. Free breakfast wasn’t very good and the food was cold and a lot of loud kids.

When I arrived at the property the room I booked was unavailable, then they gave me another room that wasn’t the same room because only had 1 bed and a bed sofa and I paid for a room with 2 beds and a bed sofa. I had to park in the street because the valet parking asked me for $25 dollars which I consider too much, in other hand the hotel is new and fancy, but I think that is too much money for one night.

Still smells new, very clean and nice property. The Free breakfast is great and has a nice coffee bar and booze bar with great TV's to watch sport as well. Staff is very friendly and nice as well.
