Our third stay, and the reason we come back is the great staff and service, comfortable rooms and excellent food. Hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault the hotel room. Beautiful sea view. Wonderful location. The room had everything we could possibly want, quality tea and coffee, cosy bed, chairs to sit in front of the picture window and enjoy the view, hairdryer, even a sewing kit! The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel for our evening meal. The food was tasty and hot and served quickly. There was a large table of 60 eating in the restaurant at the same time as us. Not only did this not impact on our service at all, we were also amazed at how efficient the staff were whilst serving 60 meals. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of quality ingredients. We would definitely recommend the Rashleigh Arms and hope to visit again very soon.

Wonderful old building decorated tastefully and with a large beer garden to the front. We were allocated a room in a cottage on the other side of the car park. Accommodation was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view of the harbour. The room was well equipped and had a really comfortable bed. Only one quibble - the shower was underwhelming - really low water pressure and small spray.

Room clean, well appointed, quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast superb and overall excellent value.The location is perfect for exploring the area and sea is close by as well as a small beach - all very picturesque. Thoroughly recommend without reservation.

Great place to stay with comfy beds and great food. Staff were excellent especially Seb. He went the extra mile to get us checked in took us to our room, thank you. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast is incredible with lots to choose from and the local produce is amazing, however the bacon was slightly overcooked.

We had a lovely warm road overlooking the street. Shower worked well, as did the towel rail! The staff were wonderful, making sure we enjoyed our stay and making meal times a treat. The menu was varied with plenty of choice. The fish and chips were the best fish and crunchiest chips ever. This is the third time we have stayed at the Rashleigh Arms and it won’t be the last.

Stayed for a couple of night’s over the Easter period. Such a warm friendly welcome. We had a room in the property adjacent to the car park, lovely huge ensuite, sofa with tv, large bed, fluffy white towels, complimentary water, tea, coffee and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and gave excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Short walk to Harbour with restaurants and bars. We had a few drinks in the bar which was busy and full of atmosphere. Definitely will return.

The Rashleigh Arms was a fantastic experience, a charming Inn and restaurant 1. food excellent 2. Bedroom was very good 3. service excellent 4. view and location (top draw ) I will be coming back to Charlestown soon. Ps many thanks to the manager Ryan Murphy and his team for making me feel welcome and making my stay enjoyable Special mention for the restaurant staff Joe, Lois, and Ruby & Emilla

Second visit to the Rashleigh Arms and all just as good as before. Lovely rooms with great views, spotlessly clean and with very comfortable beds. Evening meals were of a high standard as were the breakfasts with plenty to choose from at both times. The car park is 'interesting' but as it is listed not much can be done about it and there are plenty of spaces though maybe a little tight at busy times. The short walk to the harbour is always worth doing. Overall a really good place to stay with friendly staff. A special mention to Ryan, Lois and Jo for their enthusiasm and wanting to keep Rashleigh at the top of the pile
