Stayed here with friends on a walking holiday. It is opposite the St Davids Tourist Information area where we picked up a lot of info about the Pembrokeshire coast. The hotel is close to the centre of St Davids and easily walkable to the cathedral and restaurants and shops. Nice hotel, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. A big shout out to both Bob and Andrea the maitre d' at breakfast who were excellent, very professional and attentive. The grounds are well kept and we had a double room with a private outside patio which had seats, a table and two relaxing chairs to enjoy the sunshine. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as it was quite pricey. The room was a decent size with a sofa, coffee table, tv, coffee machine, kettle etc the beds are only single divans 2ft 6inches and I very nearly fell out one night... Pushed together they would make a 5ft Queen bed. the bathroom was great with a full sized bath and wonderful shower and the soaps and shampoo called Aromatherapy, smelled beautiful... It is an expensive hotel but worth it if you want to treat yourself. Also there are Welsh cakes at reception to pick up when you are leaving or coming in, yummy!
