Ibis Styles Paris Saint-Denis Plaine

We stayed here for a few days for the 2024 Paralympics. We got it at a good price and value for money was good. We loved the funky film-theme throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bright; there is a good eat-as-much-as-you-need continental breakfast including DIY fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. 15-minute walk to Stade de France (straight up one road if you want to enter Stade de France via entrances S to U); 7-minutes walk to nearest Metro station (which is on line B, 15 minute ride direct to Gard du Nord and Notre Dame) ; 2-minutes walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants (on the same road as the hotel). Cheap and cheerful - perfect for our needs.

We booked this hotel for easy reach to the Olympic stadium, it was pricey but that's due to its location and this specific event. It was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly. Breakfast was included it the price, plenty of continental choice. I would recommend this venue. A cool movie theme throughout the hotel.

Hotel was very quiet and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not much to do in the local area.

Enjoyed our stay good location for access to Paris & Stadium nearby .Good transport to Paris ,bars,restaurants , bakeries nearby.

Air conditioner stopped working. TV lost power. Was moved to another room that smelt very bad. Checked out early and list $500. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Perfect value for money for a one or two night business trip. Clean, friendly staff, OK breakfast. The basics are all in order here. The shower was a bit low for my height, but warm. Towels were soft. So was the bed. Airco would have resulted in 5 stars.

Nice hotel for Ibis rooms nice and clean,can’t comment on breakfast as you need to be double Jab to eat and the restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Was a little expensive for October £100 for double room

Hôtel accueillant mais personnel débordé et peu à l’écoute. Nous avions réalisé le check-in la veille afin de gagner du temps mais en arrivant sur place notre chambre twin n’était plus disponible. L’hôtel souhaitait nous attribuer une chambre double mais nous avons refusé donc il nous a été proposé 2 chambres mais nous avons été contraints de patienter plus de 30min à l’accueil. On nous a demandé de régler une dizaine d’euros de taxes ce que nous avons fait sans réfléchir car il était tard. Nous nous sommes aperçus le lendemain qu’ils nous avaient facturé ces taxes en doublon (déjà payées lors de notre réservation web). Le soir une coupure totale d’électricité a eu lieu dans toutes les chambres de l’hôtel pendant environ 1h. Nous n’avons pas eu spécialement d’excuses. Enfin, le lendemain au départ, il a encore fallut patienter pour rendre nos clés alors que tout était réglé.

Je tiens à féliciter la dame qui était à l'accueil pour sa gentillesse et sa compréhension. Service impeccable
