We had not booked the restaurant so couldn’t eat dinner (pre booking is essential). The excellent hotel staff recommended the cafe across the road, which was great for the price. The staff at the hotel said we could enjoy some wine in the restaurant bar after our dinner even if food at the hotel was not possible. Really good service - they helped send my child’s baby blanket on to our holiday address, as we had left the blanket behind. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel - it was an ideal stopover en route to Narbonne from the UK

We always stay here when driving from UK to Spain which we do twice a year when COVID allows. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and lovely snug duvets with crisp white cotton covers. The receptionist Jeremie is extremely helpful and also speaks better English than my attempt at French. Definitely recommend staying here.

Séjour convenable. Manque de borne de recharge pour les voitures. Tarifs un chère quand on réserve directement à l’hôtel . Privilégier les réservations par box ou sur internet avec un comparatif .

Hôtel très peu sécurisé ,pas de personnel la nuit a l accueil 😡😡vers 05h du matin,des individus ont essayés de pénétrer dans nôtres chambre avec à l intérieur 3enfants donc un bébé 😡😡penser bien à fermer de l intérieur.

Tous les soirs, des cafards ! Cafards qui vous courent dessus dans la nuit ! HORREUR Et bien sûr pas de sommeil récupérateur... Aucune remise consentie pour ces désagréments ! 89 € la nuit, c'est cher pour ne pas dormir... Pour toute excuse, on nous a répondu que l'entreprise qui traite ces problèmes vient tous les 6 mois ! Mais en été, c'est tous les mois qu'il faut traiter les lieux !... Hôtel ajouté sur liste "noire".

Nous sommes toujours très bien accueillis dans les hôtels Campanile. Un seul petit bémol cette fois, le matelas est à changer car dans le milieu les ressorts m'ont labouré le dos toute la nuit et je ne savais pas comment me positionner. Je l'ai signalé à l'hôtesse d'accueil. Mis à part ça nous continuerons d'aller au Campanile

Séjour agréable. Même si l'hôtel date un peu, tout était très propre. Le repas au restaurant convenable. Je le conseille.
