Établissement plein de charme aux chambres confortables. Salle de séjour magnifique, lumineuse à la décoration soignée. On se sent bien. Cassoulet découvert par une émission sur France Inter. Une découverte (révélation) ! Une certitude, celle de revenir, les autres plats étant manifestement du même niveau. Une mention toute particulière pour les équipes . La gentillesse étant une qualité partagée... Merci.

Belle adresse. Chambre très agréable,confortable et calme donnant sur le petit village et sa vierges blanche. Le restaurant est de qualité. Nous étions venus pour le cassoulet mais le sommelier nous a tenté avec son pithiviers et tourne-dos Rossini (truffes généreuses) quant au dessert, Le souffle au grand manier est une tuerie. Une avons acheté un bocal de cassoulet en partant qui est d'ailleurs excellent... Accueil chaleureux et personnel au top.

Accueil impeccable L'hôtel, la chambre numéro deux est vraiment bien ,rien ne manque . Le restaurant ,tout est parfait . Service irréprochable repas de qualité. Le cassoulet est au top . L'ambiance est chaleureuse. Bonne adresse à ne pas manquer .

Belle auberge à l'ambiance familiale sur les hauteurs de Saint Félix Lauragais que l'on peut aller visiter à pied. belle chambre originale sous une rotonde et avec une petite cour fermée et aménagée. Excellente literie pour un sommeil au calme. Superbe restaurant avec vue sur le Lauragais où j'ai presque regretté de ne pas aimer le cassoulet dont c'est visiblement une spécialité connue et demandée et qui avait l'air à la fois apprécié et copieux. En alternative, le poisson en croute d'herbes et le soufflé étaient parfaitement réussis. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet dans une salle avec un autre panorama proposé et de viennoiseries très fraiches. Très belle étape à retenir dans la région et permettant d'autres découvertes alentours.

Nous avons réservé dans cet établissement suite aux bons avis sur TripAdvisor et n’avons pas été déçus. L’hôtel est très agréable et calme. Le personnel est souriant et attentionné. Et côté restaurant : OMG ! La vue de la terrasse sur la campagne est magnifique. Les plats sont délicieux de l’entrée au dessert. Et le personnel de bon conseil côté accord mets - vins. Merci à toute l’équipe

Logeant à Revel nous sommes allés au syndicat d’initiative afin d’avoir l’adresse d’un bon restaurant afin de manger un bon cassoulet. Cette auberge nous a été conseillée et le cassoulet méritait bien son classement de meilleur cassoulet du monde 2022. Il était excellent. Le service était de qualité . Des serveurs gentils et attentionnés. Je recommande cette auberge. Stephane Mireille et Tina

Un accueil chaleureux sur une très agréable terrasse, (très belle vue). Serveuse et serveurs sympathiques et professionnels. Repas choisis, plat du jour et menu cassoulet absolument parfait ! Desserts délicieux tout était excellent ! Allez y !!!

Accueil professionnel, un peu guindé ( hormis la tenue 'jeans' de la dame à la réception ). Carte et menu peut-être appétissants, mais on est bien loin de l'aura construite et méritée par le Chef Taffarello, il y a plus de 20 ans. ! Quelle déception aujourd'hui ! Quand je revois et goûtes ce cassoulet servi à l'un de nos amis, ce fut affligeant : haricots farineux, mal cuits, 'al dente' disent certains (!) quelques viandes de porc et saucisse, le tout desséché par un passage au four trop long. La cassole est donc repartie à moitié vide en cuisine. Et dire que la Chef de cet établissement a reçu la distinction de "meilleur cassoulet"...... Déçus, très déçus, nous irons rechercher aillleurs pour notre prochain 'Lièvre à la Royale' en ayant à vie en mémoire celui du papa, CHEF Taffarello qui créât et fit la renommée alors méritée de l'Auberge du Poids Public.
